Established in 1981.

EastSide Performance Motorcycles is a family owned and operated business. Started in 1981 By TJ Jackson and joined the following year by Pam Jackson. We have been in the motorcycle service business since the mid-​seventies. TJ’s background in racing motorcycles has been instrumental in making EastSide Performance the valleys premier motorcycle service and performance shop. We are avid riders and motorcycling is our life as well as lively hood. We offer state of the art dyno tuning as well as a multitude of machine shop services.

Our service department works on all years and makes of bikes. About half of our work is Harley Davidson with the balance spread between European and Japanese makes. We know bikes both old and new! Visit our showroom & browse our collection of vintage bikes 1908 and newer.

Great shop! Had them rebuild and lower the old worn out forks from my 1982 kz750. They had some issues finding the correct parts but they didn’t give up! The bike rides 100x better now with the progressive springs they put in. I’d highly recommend taking your classic/​vintage Kawasaki (or any older bike) there for service.

I needed a Dynatek Dyna S ignition system for my project bike. I remembered seeing some Dynatek stuff on display on my 1st visit to Eastside, so I called them 1st. I talked to Pamela, who said they didn’t have the exact one I needed but she could get it for me. She took down my name/​number and what I needed, and called me back within 30 minutes with a price and ETA. She said she could have it for me the next morning, and for a price cheaper than most online stores have it for. Even after taxes, it’ll be cheaper than if I’d ordered online.
Pamela called me at 10:30 this morning to let me know my ignition had arrived, just like she said it would.

I called today to ask for a quote on mounting and balancing two tires for my Honda Rebel. I knew which tires I wanted (Pirelli MT66) and was trying to find a labor quote because I planned on purchasing my tires online. The man I talked to was very rude. I had only asked for a quote and the first thing he told me was to call back after I’d called everyone else. He then told me that the total cost of the operation if I didn’t buy tires from him would be too low for him to be interested in my business. I don’t mind being told that my bill would be too low for him to want to work on my bike (understandable) but I do mind being treated poorly for asking questions to determine if I’d like to give him my business.
This is the second time I’ve called them in the last two years. When I first purchased my Rebel (two years ago) I called them after a couple months to get my 1000 mile service and the response was similar. I had hoped that the attitude would change but I guess not.
Perhaps this business isn’t paying attention to the economy? I don’t think there is anything wrong with trying to get the best bang for your buck and I AM willing to pay for stellar service. However I’m not in any mindset to fork over 200 dollars so I can be treated rudely.
