Frustrated and unsatisfied! First off, I went out of my way to come to this location because the first DD location I went to was out of caramel. I order a caramel latte with extra caramel. The girl gives me my order and I knew right away it was wrong. I asked her if it was a latte because it looked much darker than normal. She just laughed and said it was right. She failed to give me a receipt. I drive out of the drive thru line, only to confirm my order is incorrect. I paid $ 3.50, hoping to get a latte, but left with a lousy coffee and missing the extra pump of caramel syrup that they charged me for. Unable to go inside because parking was crowded and congested, and I was in a hurry… hence the reason why I went thru drive thru to begin with. Paid with my DD app, so I know I paid the full amount for a latte and extra pump of caramel, but my drink sure wasn’t worth the $ 3.50 I paid. I ended up giving it away since it wasn’t what I wanted. Won’t be coming back here!

I used to love this Dunkin Donuts but the last few times I had horrible experiences. I get horrible service. I found myself repeating my order two or three times and when I get to the window it’s still wrong. Also my coffee doesn’t taste like coffee. I feel like I am drinking a cup of creamer. On one occasion I asked them to remake it and if came out the exact same way. They need to really change what they are doing. I keep going with the hope one day I will get the Dunkin it used to be.

Disclaimer, this is about the drive thru and not inside as we were just picking up some donuts for the road. Donuts were exceptional as I don’t believe you can really have bad donuts unless they aren’t hot, which these were and the service was fairly fast.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is horrible. They almost always get my order wrong. The employed always have an attitude. They have the worst customer service ever. This Dunkin donuts needs to be under new management and have extreme customer service training. I’ve had no less than three bad experiences here.

I have to say that this is my newest favorite morning coffee stop! They are ALWAYS so fast and efficient when I come in the mornings! It takes less than 3 minutes from order to drive-off to get my items. To me that is pretty impressive and worth my business. :)

Bad service at this location. Good iced coffee, breakfast Wrap with just egg and cheese and hash brown bites. Very inexpensive and I like the hot sauce to put on it. I also like that they are open till 8 pm and I can get breakfast anytime.

I have been to this location twice and have been disappointed both times. The last time I went to this location I ordered a vanilla latte and which they did not add the vanilla so it was a plain latte. In addition I ordered a croissant and it was not fresh and tasted like it was a couple days old. Needless to say I will never go here again.

Not sure what the hell happened, because this used to be my go-to DD location for good service and good donuts. Today, that was not to be. We went in and ordered a couple dozen, including half a dozen Boston Cremes. It looks like they had a trainee Finisher working today, because only one of them are frosted right, and the other 5 were done by someone incompetent. I have pics to prove it, available upon request. ATTENTIONFINISHER: when the chocolate frosting is too thick for the shells, you’re supposed to thin it out with hot coffee, then continue frosting the shells in the correct manner. What you are NOT supposed to do is use a frosting knife and try to spread it on the shells. Two things happen when you do it wrong: the shells tear, and you have to throw away a bunch, and the shells don’t get the right amount of frosting, and they look awful. Also, several other of the filled donuts were not filled, and only had a blop of the filling on the outside where the fill hole would normally go. This newbie Finisher was really awful. I know of which I speak: I was a weekend graveyard Finisher for 2 years in my mis-spent youth, and as a Finisher, I would never have trayed up this crap. Anyway, when my coworker tried to call and complain to the manager, what she got was a snotty«well, they have frosting on them, so technically they’re fine», instead of something like«I apologize for the bad food, here’s [something to appease you].» This location normally has good products and good customer service, but not this morning. Unfortunate. I hope they can get the team replaced with an effective one. Note to DD Franchise Owner: If you want me to come in and train your new finishers, let me know… we can work something out.

Horrible… every week there is a new employee and there is no consistency with how the drinks are made. They are always out of the popular donuts, and that’s usually by 8am.

As far as Dunkin Donut locations go, this one isn’t bad however due to the sugar-free caramel taste I took off a star. It tastes like melted plastic. I only get sugar-free syrup and so far the vanilla is the only inoffensive one. Too bad because I love caramel and other places have good sugar-free caramel. Every once and a while I try the caramel just to see if they figured it out.

It was a wonderful experience. The closer Dunking to my home isn’t very good. But, this store was very clean, the employees were very friendly and all the donuts were very fresh and delicious. Heidi, the cashier was very delightful and helpful. She was very sweet and made the experience. After driving to the closer store, just to find out they didn’t have any Boston crème donuts, I called this store and they actually set aside a full dozen for me and they had 6 more when I arrived 15 mins later. I will definitely return. It was a wonderful experience.

We waited for about 5 min before we were even greeted. The place wasn’t busy inside nor was the drive thru. My daughter ordered a chocolate long john because that was what it was labeled as. The girl getting had a bad attitude and said, «we don’t have those». Well whatever was labeled said chocolate long johns. I’m not sure what the three people were doing behind the counter were doing, but it wasn’t helping customers

I want to report a story. Trigger warning: Audism I went to Dunkin Donut using the drive thru to order my food and drink before going to work in the morning. When I pulled up to the window, I gave the lady my list of what I wanted to order. The lady told me to pull over and she will bring me my items. I did as she requested me to. When she came up to me, she gave me my items and a note. I was appalled with her note: «Next time, it will be easier on everyone if you just come in and order your food.» I told her that was not very appropriate because that is taking away my accessibility. She just walked away. I was upset, but I had to leave to work. Few days later, I went there again using the drive thru. I saw the same woman and did what I usually do: give the list of my order. She rolled her eyes at me. I said that was very rude of you to do that. She told me to park my car, she will bring me the food. I decided to park and go inside the building. I wanted to explain to her why I felt so discriminated with her previous message. She said” I am not breaking any laws here, just be considerate of others. I read her message and shook my head. She grabbed the note out of my hand and crumbled it and threw it in the trash inside the worker area. The other workers and customers just STOOD there. DOINGNOTHING. I was shocked. I kept asking someone to serve me my food and to give me her name. Someone finally came forward and gave me her name. That lady, VERONICA, picked up the paper in the trash and put it in her pocket. No one told her to do the right thing. I was furious and hurt concurrently. I want to report her, but I have no evidence, except for the workers there and perhaps a hidden camera. I have reported to the Dunkin Donuts, but I feel that is not enough.

This place is absolutely terrible. The donuts aren’t bad… I mean, hay, they’re donuts. However, the staff are the worst. I think the general manager/store owner doesn’t give a sh$^ about how the place is run. I don’t think I’ve ever got what I ordered. Usually an ice coffee and 2 donuts. Not difficult to get right. What I usually get is an iced tea and different donuts then I asked for, or hot coffee and no donuts. I’ve probably had every combination of screw ups. I won’t be coming back; I’ve discovered BoSa donuts and Coffee Rush, which are better and less expensive.

This place runs like a well-oiled machine. I’ve done both the drive-thru and walked in on Friday mornings before work, and in both cases I’ve gotten super fast and friendly service, a yummy donut(chocolate frosted) and my coffee prepared just how I ordered it. A little secret. the drive thru even gives out doggie treats to your furry friends.
