History

Established in 2000.

Founded by Wade Denman in 2000 Denman Realty & Property Management is a full-​service property management company. First licensed in 1996 Wade spent almost six years in the commercial real estate world before opening Denman Realty & Property Management. Having learned the financial rewards that can be derived through real estate investing and as an avid investor himself, Wade sought to share his experience with others. Wade gained his knowledge of management by first managing his own investment properties and then managing for others.

Wade Denman is an Arizona native with over 19 years of experience in real estate sales and lending. Wade earned a Bachelors of Arts from BYU and a Master of Business Administration from ASU. Wade founded his own real estate company in 2000 and operated it as Denman Realty & Property Management. Wade is responsible for and oversees all activities of the real estate brokerage including property management, leasing and acquisitions and sales. Prior to opening and operating his own real estate brokerage, Wade spent over six years in the commercial real estate field in the areas of commercial lending and financial analysis. Wade’s significant experience in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate combined with his local market knowledge gives Denman Realty & Property Management a high level of expertise.
