Business Owner

Danny Perkinson is an Arizona native who was raised with a love and passion for homes. His father was a real estate developer who passed down the principles that honesty and quality work are one of the most important standards in life and in business. After graduating from Brigham Young University in Provo, Danny owned an operated a local construction company.

This gave Danny the perfect transition for starting Perkinson Properties in 2008. In 2012 and 2013, Perkinson Properties helped Invitation Homes and Treehouse Group in the acquisition of over 500 residential properties in the Phoenix market. In 2014, Danny decided to expand on the Treehouse brand with the formation Treeehouse Realty. Treehouse Realty now has three offices and a sales team of over 50 agents that focuses on residential real estate.
