Description

Specialties

Cutting Edge carries a wide variety of knives and swords. We have pocket, automatic, butterfly, tactical, hunting, and collectible knives. Our selection of swords includes both functional and decorative varieties. We also carry a large assortment of figurines — dragons, fairies, fantasy, wild and farm animals. Our service after the sale is second to none, even including lifetime free sharpening of all blades purchased at Cutting Edge; which brings us to our professional, on-site sharpening service.

For the lowest price around, bring in your dull kitchen, pocket, hunting, or tactical knives to be sharpened. We can also sharpen your scissors, tools, and swords.

We also carry a variety of other items, including: Blowguns, lock picks, walking sticks, crossbows, specialty scissors, martial arts supplies, self-defense & security products, and Furrybones.

Come see us in Superstition Springs Center. We’re laid back, have really cool, hard-to-find stuff, and our prices can’t be beat anywhere in the Valley.

History

Established in 2011.

Having sold knives in flea markets all over the country for the last several years, we’ve made many connections with suppliers who can offer quality items at insanely-low prices. Add to that, we are also importers and wholesalers, ourselves. We’re not out to gouge our customers on a one-time sale. We want you to come back time and time again and recommend us to your friends. Unlike many shops, we don’t see our customers as cash cows, but as our friends. Sure, we want you to spend money with us, but — more than that — we want you happy. Never do we want our customers to experience buyer’s remorse and we do not adopt a «caveat emptor» philosophy.

Meet the Business Owner

John L.

Business Owner

John’s sold knives and swords since about 1995 and has been learning about them ever since. About 10 years ago, he took up sharpening and after developing a knack for it, started offering the service. In the last couple of years, John pulled up roots in the East Coast and settled in the Valley of the Sun. Now, he brings his personal, one-on-one customer service style to the Superstition Springs Center, in Mesa. He’ll never BS you and is perfectly willing to admit when he doesn’t know something, rather than lying to make a sale.
