We specialize in teaching safe and confident adventures. Whether you want to start with a simple Top Rope and Belay Clinic or Learn how to climb Traditional gear-​aided climbs, ClimbPHX has a guide for you.

If you’ve ever wanted to explore the canyons up North of town and didnt have the gear — Come with us. We use only the finest gear and will train you safely up the mountain. All guides are First Aid and CPR certified.

History

Established in 2008.

Ive always been attracted to wild places.

Whether its climbing in Utah or backpacking in the wilds of Hetch Hetchy, I love the Wild.

I love to share with people the experiences that I have exploring the canyons, mountains and valleys of the Southwest.

Ive spent time in Yosemite, Joshua Tree, Utah, and Colorado.

Business Owner

A Bay Area transplant — I originally moved to Arizona to pursue my love of reptiles — working with hundreds of species including breeding the Sidewinder Rattlesnake amongst the hundreds of other snakes.

In my mid 20’s I got hooked onrock climbing — only being experienced in hiking and back country packing previously. My love of climbing has sent me on a road trip that has led me into the hearts of Joshua Tree, Moab, Colorado, Yosemite.

I took private instruction for a number of years, and currently am studying for advanced placement with AMGA guides.

Recently, I have become addicted to Canyoneering up North and so we have started leading expeditions into new regions as well.
