History

Established in 2003.

In the same year we acquired «Window Panes,» a commercial window cleaning company. In 2004 we began doing full service residential window cleaning including multi-​story homes, screens/​sunscreens, chandeliers, ceiling fans, hardwater stain removal, postconstruction cleanup and more. In the same year we began offering fast and accurate quotes by phone, to save our customers time. In 2006 we launched Fineserve Window Fashions, our blind repair and Hunter Douglas dealer.

Today we offer a full line of window cleaning service and related products, including: Residential window cleaning, commercial widow cleaning, high rise, mid rise, retail, glass restoration, fully customizable service plans for both commercial and residential applications, solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, post construction cleanup, window treatments (blinds, shades, shutters), professional blind repair, blind cleaning, and window tinting.

Josh Lawlor — President, Clearco Window Cleaning

Grew up in Mesa, AZ. Attended Westwood High School

Served a 2 year full time mission for church in New Jersey from mid 2000 to mid 2002. Co-​founded Clearco Window Cleaning in 2003, bought out partner in 2005. Cleans windows full time along with the rest of the Clearco guys. Lives in Mesa with his beautiful wife and 2 beautiful daughters.
