I began selling homes in the Valley of the Sun in 2006. I have a passion to help families find their dream home and for home owners’ sell their homes to reach their goals. I have taken extensive advanced education courses to best represent my clients.

Cindy Killeffer has helped families find their dream home and relocate to new homes full time since 2006, in the Southeast Valley /​Phoenix area. She loves being able to use her heart of a teacher to take the time to answer questions. She prides herself on taking great care to ensure that from finding the home until she gives them their keys, that the process is as smooth as possible.

When clients are selling their homes, Cindy works diligently to market the home enlisting a professional home photographer, putting into action an extensive marketing plan and step by step system to attract the largest number of buyers. Using her experienced negotiating skills, she will then work exhaustively to provide the «results» to best meet the home owners end goals for the sale of their home.
