The following conditions qualify you for a card here in Arizona:
Cancer, Hep C, Glaucoma, Crohn’a Disease, AIDS/HIV, Agitation of Alzheimer’s Disease, ALS, Cachexia or Wasting Syndrome, Severe Nausea, Severe and Chronic Pain, Severe or Persistent Muscle Spasms, including those characteristics of multiple sclerosis, and Seizures, including those characteristics of epilepsy.
