Business Owner

I was born and raised in Howell, Michigan. My husband and I decided to live in Arizona after serving our country in the US Marine Corps.

I began working with dogs at the age of 8; becoming a member of our local 4-​H club. 4-​H is where it all began. I competed in different dogs sports, including AKC Rally, Obedience, Agility, Fly Ball, and Conformation. I began working with various breeds when a proffesional handler took me under her wing. Under her leadership, I competed in the Westminster Kennel Club Junior showmanship competition.

The 4-​H club involvement ended when I graduated from high school. I joined the United States Marine Corps, served four years, and was honorably discharged. While in Jacksonville, NC I was presented an opportunity to intern with The Refined K9 LLC. I interned for about six months and was hired full time. While working at The Refined K9 LLC, I knew that I wanted continue in the dog training buisness after moving to Arizona.
