I had been looking for a wedding dress for my July 2016 wedding and thought of Brilliant Bridal. It was a Sunday so I understand closing earlier. But I walked in at 5 so I thought I had at least an hour to look and try on dresses. As soon as I walk in there were two girls SITTING at the desk just talking. One greeted us and asked if she could help us. My maid of honor and I said that we wanted to look and try on dresses and the one that greeted us stated that they don’t do trying on past 4:30! I would understand that if they had customers, but THERE WAS NO ONE IN THERE! So we looked around and after looking we walk back to the front and then there was a third person standing at the front NOT DOING ANYTHING! To me they could have been more helpful and more accommodating! Clearly these business doesn’t care about making money!

I had a wonderful experience here. They have a large selection of dresses and the staff was so incredibly helpful and supportive. I had a large group come with me, and I felt like Debra, my amazing consultant, really advocated for me and paid attention to what I wanted. Thank you so much!!!

I bought my wedding dress here and the experience was amazing. My stylist worked so hard to find «the dress,» including not listening to a word I said about what I wanted (thank god), because I was clearly not the expert. Before I tried on ‘the dress,” I was horrified she brought it to me. Boy was I wrong.

Bought my dress here for less than 400. I’m size 14 street so it was great to have options here on the rack unlike other places. The quality of dresses is so much nicer than David’s bridal. I am so appreciative of the non pressure sales people. Thank you!!!

I can’t stop raving about the service we received at Brilliant Bridal. The girls were so friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive. The Bride was extremely nervous trying on dresses in fear that she would fall in love with a dress outside of her price range. They put no pressure on her and actually listened to what she was looking for. They didn’t suggest a dress opposite of what she was looking for and stayed within her price range. They made her feel so comfortable and offered advice with alterations to help give the dress some oompf! They truly cared more for the Bride and making her happy than making a sale. The Bride was in tears (FINALLY!) from having such a great experience and for finding her dress! Thank you, thank you Brilliant Bridal for everything!

Monica was wonderful to work with, no pressure, very helpful and made me feel extremely comfortable in an environment that was out of my element! I bought my wedding dress today from this location. They had a great selection of dresses. It made it really hard to choose, but I did and my dress is gorgeous and it was only 525. The lady helping me was Debbie… I would suggest asking for her. She knew her business and she picked out the dress I bought. Thanks ladies for a great experience. :)

I loved my experience at Brilliant Bridal! I stopped by while visiting Mesa soon after I was engaged. They couldn’t fit me in that day but gave me 10% off my gown when I returned later. The staff treated me so well, and I found my perfect dress! I recommend and have recommended Brilliant Bridal to anyone.
I would like to note that Brilliant Bridal doesn’t do alterations. I went to their most recommended seamstress and took my business elsewhere. She wouldn’t listen to what I wanted and was a bit unkind. (I wrote a separate review for her.) So, Brilliant Bridal is wonderful, but choose your seamstress carefully.

I purchased my dress from Brilliant Bridal and the lady who helped me (Mo) was so amazing. She really listens to what you’re looking for and is full of great input and made the experience so awesome to find me my perfect dress! Thank you for all your help!

If you are looking for a cheap dress but want desinger, then head here! My friend is getting married so I came with her to check out dresses. They have a whole giant sale section to browse through. What was nice is there were a lot of different styles, sizes as well as colors. She found a gorgeous 2,400 dollar dress for 100. It was unique and the customer service was great. We had her attention the whole time and she let her try on plenty of dresses. Overall a great experience and I cannot wait for her wedding.

Found my dream dress for my wedding this November! Had made an appointment with my mom and this was our first stop for the day. No one else was in at that time, so I didn’t feel rushed or overcrowded !
Debra was my consultant and was super friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed right away and were told to go through the racks and pick how however many dresses that stood out to me. I ended up trying on a handful of dresses, and in the end, it came down to two that we loved!
One however was picked out by Debra. Based on the style I was looking for, it was perfect! SO happy we gave it a try because it ended up being my DREAM dress! I said YES to the Dress and couldn’t be happier.
Had such a fun and positive experience and can’t wait for my special day! Thanks Brilliant Bridal!

This is a smaller shop with off the rack wedding dresses that are in great condition!
I came here a few years ago because I was buying my own wedding dress and wanted to stay on budget. I visited Davids before this and had a horrid experience that almost made me decide to call it a day and stop shopping.
My day was completely turned around when I started shopping at Brilliant Bridal. All of the staff was so nice and attentive! I was going for a specific style with open back and tried on a few dresses. When i was in one dress and a 2^nd sales employee saw what I had on, walked into a dressing room and pulled out another dress that I had not seen and said «this would be perfect for you»! I ended up buying that dress, normally $ 4,500 and purchased it for $ 325! Pure silk, swarovski crystals and all. Thank you Brilliant Bridal for creating this memory. I had not only 1 employee helping me, but a second that took the time to think of a dress that was exactly what I was looking for.

My first time trying on wedding dresses and glad it was such a fun experience. My consultant was Maggie and he was so nice and helpful. I did not feel pressured at all that I have to pick a dress that day. I try on about 6 to 8 dresses and Maggie was very patient and even pick select the dress. Although I didn’t find a dress that am in love with, I may return after a few months since they have new orders often.

They have a nice selection and the prices are ok but the experience there was lacking. I went in during the week towards the end of the day to try on dresses. I was the only one in the store but the older sales lady just left me back in the dressing room and I had to struggle to try and close the dresses on my own — even after I had asked her to stay and help. When I left the dressing room to try and find a sales person to help me and after calling out for someone without any answer I walked towards the front of the store literally holding the dress on me and was admonished by the sales lady for walking to the front because I was «getting the dress dirty» because the train was dragging behind me on the floor. Well, exactly what was I expected to do at that point since she was obviously so disinterested in helping her customers out???
Even though I DID like the dress, I left not feeling very good about the experience and ended up buying a dress at The Wedding Emporium — the girl there was wonderful and very helpful and knowledgeable — made me feel special and THAT’S what shopping for wedding dresses should be like!!!

I absolutely love this place. I didn’t have an appointment, I just wanted to see what they had. They were so nice and very helpful. My consultant was Brandi and she was so sweet and made me feel so at ease and comfortable. She really wanted to know what I liked or didn’t like about every dress.
She brought in a dress that makes down to clearance and I feel in love! I have never looked so good in a dress! And to top it off, it’s originally 3000 dollars but they have it to me for 95 since the next day was their 95 dollar clearance sale. They went so above and beyond and made finding my dream dress so amazingly easy and fun!

This place wasn’t terrible per se, but it wasn’t great. It just lacked that bridal fancy vibe the other places had. We got a room so that was nice, but it was a bit small. And she was training someone so I was undressing in front of multiple people — whatever I got over that about 30 dresses ago.
They told us that the dresses were one of a kind, and how we could change dresses here and there — but really I just didn’t love the dresses. They seemed to love everything I put on — but meh. The consultant also left the room the final time — without helping me out of my dress :/​Totally forgot the clips, etc.
Someone else might love the place. It is great on a low budget — and has some options. It is work a visit.

I recently stopped by the Phoenix location with my family members. My family came from out of state just to be involved in the process of trying on dresses. I tried on many dresses at the Phoenix location, and all of the staff was amazing. My consultant was Alyssa (we have the same name, so she was already awesome) and she was great. We tried on many styles of dresses, but I wanted lace, and I wouldn’t have a dress that wasn’t lace. It is really hard to come by lace dresses at discount boutiques, but they had many options! I thought I had found «the one» at BB after trying on an amazing gown at Lillian Lotties, but the one at LL was over priced for what it was, and what they wanted to charge for alterations almost gave me a heart attack. They told me about their hold policy, and that they had another location in Mesa that may have more options for lace than they did. The hold policy was $ 150 non-​refundable to hold it for 7 days, if I don’t come back in 7 days it becomes store credit that can be used towards anything including veils, accessories, cleaning, etc. After reading some older reviews, I’m hoping when I go in to use my credit that I am not denied like others have said they were.
After I put the dress I thought was the one on hold, I made an appointment at the Mesa location. I pulled up and my family flowed in after my mother and I. We started pulling dresses, and I immediately knew that this store had a much different selection than the first. I would say this store had more of the designer/​up scale selection vs. the Phoenix location that didn’t have many of the options I was looking for. I found the dress I knew I wanted to wear at my wedding, and they told me that dress usually retails about 2k. I’m not sure how true that is, but it is from the Jasmine collection and we paid about 1200. They have great suggestions for alterations and they are affordable.
THE ONLY COMPLAINT: Anyone who has tried on dresses before understands and knows that it is a very emotional process and it is time consuming. Before I made my appointment with the first location I had a coupon printed out from Wedding Wire for 10% off my purchase. My parents were at the front paying for the gown, and the last thing on my mind was a coupon after spending over 5 hours at multiple locations trying on dresses. I got home that night and realized I didn’t present the coupon and I was DEVASTATED. My family just paid a large chunk of money on my dress and I could have saved them money. I called them immediately the next day asking if there was any way they could credit my fathers credit card and they told me that they do not have the authority to do so. I understand that it is final sale, but they were not even sympathetic. They told me I could use it on a veil, accessory, etc, but that wasn’t my concern. I don’t feel like the customer service was up to par in that situation. I still have a $ 150 credit at the other store, so I may use my 10% coupon there. It just didn’t leave me feeling appreciated as a customer.
