Bodine Construction has been based in Mesa since 2000, and has been building custom homes, renting properties and performing major remodels all over the Valley during that time.

Bodine Construction is a family owned and operated home builder based in Mesa, Arizona, and has been building custom homes in Mesa and throughout the Valley since 2000. The business was established after the family relocated to Arizona from North Dakota, with the promise of quality workmanship for every client.

President and Owner Todd Bodine has been in the construction industry since 1975, with a degree in Architectural Drafting and Estimating Technology, and originally managing lumberyards all over North Dakota and Montana. His work included retail clients, home and commercial builders and everything in between.

Bodine Construction prides itself on three principles:

1. Provide the best quality workmanship, plans, contractors and materials;

2. Guarantee a quality product, a good investment and a fine dwelling place for your family; and

3. Keep the process basic and simple, and ensure the relationship between business and client never ends.
