WHO WE ARE
The Beaver Choice invokes one word… comfort and there’s absolutely nothing like it in the Valley. Featuring dishes from Sweden, Poland and other Northern European countries. Not to mention Canadian iconic dish: Poutine. We invite you to enjoy leisurely dining in a modern bistro atmosphere as you enjoy some of the most more… unique and tasty dishes in all of the Phoenix area.
We know you will love our menu. Whether it’s a buttery schnitzel, the homemade pierogies, the elk stew, or the wondrous Flying Jacob… you’ll enjoy a unique and tasty dish. We exclusively feature many unique beers from around Europe and a great wine list by the glass or bottle. Also, there are many house specialty drinks including The Beaver Choice House Drink and The Tatanka. Save room for dessert… PANNKAKOR (Swedish crepes with lingonberry), Rødgrøt med fløde and many more.
History
Established in 2010.
We opened up in 2010 in Tempe Arizona. Thanks to yelp and the media we became packed pretty much since we opened. We think this is because we serve home-made Scandinavian and Polish cuisine without any short cuts. Everything we make is made in house. We recently expanded our Bistro into a Restaurant to be able to serve more people our delicious cuisine.

Little History
We made our way to Arizona from Poland and Sweden, (by way of Canada). We opened a food truck and catering company in Kingston, Ontario and were searching for a name. The Canadian national animal is the beaver… and the rest… well that’s history. We came to America and decided on Arizona because of the warm climate and the warm reception we received by so many Arizona people.
