. Bunch of really negative reviews for all of their locations. If I saw this before, I NEVER would have contacted them for their training services.
We had our puppy for a week (had to adopt him out because we could not provide the diet he needed due to religious reasons) and had signed a lifetime guarantee ($ 850). We met with the trainer once (I will not state her name on here, although I probably should), she spent 5 minutes with our puppy, and gave us a bunch of information about dogs we could have found online. We texted her throughout the week because we had training questions — she frequently stated that our puppy was too young for basic training (such as «sit» — he was 8 weeks old) and to «have patience» when he wasn’t responding positively to training methods. He started becoming more aggressive using their methods even within the first day of training!
They stated the contract did not guarantee refunds, but «in the spirit of compromise» they gave me back $ 400. So basically I paid more than half of a lifetime training package, for one week, in which the trainer showed us training methods for 5 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable. Especially for a large international company. They have no sense of customer service, and no sense of general human fairness. Money hungry.
The trainer found a home for our puppy (new owners accepted a $ 300 rehoming fee which we set up to ensure the new owners would be able to actually care for our puppy and to offset the money we lost from this ridiculous training company). She proceeded to use this against us in an email to us (copied her supervisors). She pretends to truly care about the dog, but really only cares about money. Pathetic.

Most impressed with their program and results. The «praise» as reward for good behavior really works. Their training concept is not what I expected and the first three hours had many positive results. I am working with what we learned Saturday for 15 minutes every day with the trainer returning later this month. So many negative behaviors are greatly improved while others are totally gone. Hard to believe so much could be accomplished in such a short time!
