Dr. Radman «Radi» Rahiminejad co-​founded BackFit Health + Spine in 2002 merging forces with his sister Dr. Yasmin Rahimi to establish one of the most innovative and patient care driven chiropractic clinics in Arizona. I started to come here because my mom was getting help with her back and recommended I come in since for the past couple of years I’ve also developed back pain (even though I’m in my early twenties). Backfit has been absolutely wonderful about developing a personalized plan to help me correct my slumping posture, which was the source of my back pain and headaches. What I like most about Backfit is how easy it was for them to work with my insurance to make sure I wasn’t responsible for ANY out of pocket costs. It takes the stress out of trying to get medical help. Most importantly, they also don’t let insurance determine the kind of help you get, instead they do precisely what needs to be done to get you feeling better. I would recommend this place for anybody with any degree of back issues.

Dr. Zitnik is professional and knowledgeable. I like the little extra my Chiro at home gives with the heat pad and 3 min. machine massage to relax the muscles before treatment. Also no sitting or standing assesment was done before treatment.

I started this place two weeks ago after seeing them at an promo event. I decided to try them out, I walked away amazed and not disappointed. I come twice a week and you have to get the massages. All equally amazing and their service, the greeting and professional atmosphere is the best. I highly recommend them if you are looking to get healthy and live a long lasting life.

I had posted a review already but, I failed to mention that all of the chiropractors and all of the physical therapy staff are all wonderful. I specifically listed Dr Zitnik (Chiropractic) and James in physical therapy because they handled my care the most but, Dr Pruni as well as Dr. Kalanj & Naomi (nurse practitioner) & Michelle for massages, all were awesome as well. It is so nice to have a medical team that make you feel comfortable and are consistent with what they do for you and how you are treated. I was referred to backfit by, my friend whom, had been sent to backfit by, an attorney that was handling her car accident case. When I heard that, that is how she found backfit honestly, I was skeptical. I considered that maybe they are a sketchy ambulance chasing lawyers place… They showed me that that was not at all the case! I now, like my friend that referred me, tell anyone I come across that, needs this type care to go to them. Thanks again Backfit team! You guys really are a huge help in fighting pain!
I am currently doing the HCG diet through backfit. Naomi and Cindy have been helping me be successful and making sure I’m doing the right things to get the most out of this diet.

Still have yet to actually get a massage here, but was disappointed to find out that my 5:15 appointment was canceled upon arriving at the office, in which the receptionist had called me at 5:07 to tell me the massage therapist was sick. I understand the place is busy and rescheduling is difficult, I have no issue with that, but I find it very frustrating that I took time off work, drove there in traffic, only to be turned around. Someone couldn’t have called me a little sooner? I doubt it happened that fast…
I’ll update once I actually have a massage there, if I decide it’s worth it.

Backfit Health and Spine at the Mesa location has been great for me. Dr. Zitnik and Dr. Pruni and their excellent staff treat every visit as though I am their only patient. My back problems have been nearly cured after having been recommended to this place. This is my 3rd different office and everything has been great, especially the financial options that were available. I will continue to go here and recommend that anyone looking for a great chiropractic office do the same. Thank you to everyone at Backfit in Mesa.
