I bought a beautiful 08 Roadliner from these folks. I worked with Craig on two different occasions and I was never pressured or treated poorly at any time. Craig made choosing the bike a fun educational deal and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! I also worked with Quinton who took care of the prep and clean up on the bike through service. I have to say it took longer than I was told it would but that kind of stuff happens. I’m not their only customer and throughout the entire process I was treated with respect and dignity. I would/​will buy another bike through this company. I enjoyed the experience and I am not sure what the deal is with all the negatives on this place but they took great care of me. Thanks guys.

I really wanted to have a good experience with Az Auto Rv as a good friend of mine referred me and recommended their shop. I purchased my new motorcycle with 6 miles on it May 9^th 2015. The first few weeks of owning the motorcycle was fantastic, however once into the month of June the bike inexplicably began malfunctioning. Once again, i feel the need to reiterate, I purchased this bike brand new. My bike was looked over and after sitting in the shop for over a week was returned to me only to have the same problem of the bike shutting off while driving in the middle of traffic on the highway. It is now August 3^rd and I have yet to have my bike back for longer than two days since June. It has been in the shop getting «worked on» three separate times, each visit longer than the last with no contact from AZ Auto Rv/​Moto Max. I am lucky to get the runaround if I call, and never given any details or timelines for when I should havethe bike back in working order. The bike sits for weeks and they always claim they can’t figure out the problem and return the bike to which I have it for a matter of hours before it malfunctions again. At this point I am so beyond frustrated I would like to return the bike for a full refund rather than continue to exhaust my resources on a bike that is not even in my possession. They told me if I wanted a refund I would have to do the leg work of contacting the manufacturer and they would give me the direct information or I was told to get a lawyer. I have called the manufacturer multiple times with their contact info and have yet to hear back. At this point I no longer want to do business with this company as they are unable to remedy my situation nor refund my money although I have spent a considerable amount of money to pay for something that was supposed to be a means of transportation to which I do not even have in my possession. Horrible experience overall and I would not recommend anyone to this place of business

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE INCOMPETENT CROOKS!!! I bought a used bike there and noticed on the ride home that the clutch was slipping and it seemed like it was only running on 3 cylinders, not 4. I brought it to the service dept. who said they will check it out. after their checkup they stated the clutch was not slipping and the engine was fine that this is how a v4 runs. I brought it back again for the same reasons and the service manager told me that he is «Yamaha certified» and this is how a v4 runs. I brought it to another shop who told me I need a new clutch and the bike is running on 3 cylinders.
Thanks AZAUTORV. you screwed me out of lots of money I didn’t have to spend cause I trusted you. what a mistake.

I will never do business with this place — ever. Let me explain. I went in on a Saturday, 4−04−15, to look at some motorcycles that I saw on their website. I asked for a specific salesman, Dan «The Man», but was told that he was at the end of the road working on a sign and would be right back. After about 15 minutes or so they decided that he must have went somewhere else. At that point I started to talk to John, a real nice guy that was a pleasure to talk with. who is also the finance manager. After a few minutes he handed me off to a sales“kid” named Beau, this is where it all starts to go down hill. He was good to talk with, but that’s where it ended. I admit that anytime I am making a decision that requires a long term financial commitment I tend to take my time. I was there for about 2 hours looking at bikes, asking questions and contemplating the difference between what I «need» and what I «want» (meaning do I need a bike or just want one… haha). I filled out the credit info and was told that everything looked good. I wasn’t quite ready to commit yet and wasn’t sure that the payments were in my range. At this point, fearing the loss of a sale, Beau turned up the heat. You know, the typical questions, «What will make you take this bike home today», «I think this is the bike for you», etc, etc, you know the drill. As I started to leave I told him that there was another bike I wanted him to work the numbers on and get back to me. He assured me that he would and he would get back to me later in the day, that was all on Saturday. Sunday they are closed. Monday came and went. Finally on Tuesday I called them and asked for John. He told he that he had done the numbers and wasn’t sure why I didn’t get a call back. He assured me that Beau would call me back. He did. We went round and round again. I asked for some more photos and info on the other bike. He sent me what I asked for. At the end of the conversation I asked if they could do anything on the price of the bike. He said that he would ask. When he called back I asked if they could do anything on the price. He hee-​hawed around stuttering and working around the question and finally said no. The way he acted I am not so sure he even asked. I called back on Thursday morning and told them to go ahead and get the financing done and I could pick up the bike on Saturday. I also asked them to call me back on Friday to let me know for sure that everything went ok. No call on Friday, no call on Saturday and no call as of 5:13 pm on Monday. This made me think: If I have a problem with the bike will it get resolved? Beau made me feel like I was a bother because when I walked in I wasn’t 100% committed to purchasing yet even though I made it very clear I was in the infancy stages of my quest. It was very disheartening. I really wanted the bike but because their sales“kid” is unwilling to follow up I am now doing business with another dealer. I will let you know how it goes! This all took place at their Mesa location. They have another in Scottsdale that goes by MotoMaxCycles. The guy I talked with there was very helpful and told me that the majority of their inventory and all the bikes I wanted to see, were in Mesa.

This place was awesome in my opinion. Great service and the co-​owner was very friendly and helpful. Great service techs and service in general. I recommend

Worst 3 days of my life at a dealership… if you can call them one. It was a huge battle between them and the finance company (AL finance) for anything. The bike I wanted and the bike they ran for an approval was completely different and when I was going to settle for the bike they approved me and my wife for they came back and said that they need her to be licensed as well. Doesn’t make sense because I’m the licensed rider but hell. I guess it was fate saying to stay away and now western Honda took care of me.

I just bought a motorcycle from these guys. The next day i noticed the tires were cracked and old. When i tried to have them replaced they said I would have to pay more out of my own pocket. Shame on your service techs for not checking that before they put the bike on the showroom floor. I do not recommend buying from these people and if you do be sure to have a full inspection done by someone else. I cant believe they would rather reverse a $ 6,000 deal rather than pay $ 300 to put new tires on the bike to make sure its safe to ride. I will not return or refer anyone to this company.

ZERO stars… Zero Company. Went to trade my bike in for one at azautorv. they have a great selection of bikes. they told me that my bike was worth next to nothing as it was to small. (yeah they sold it in 4 days) Their sale’s guy, a fat guy with a southern accent is rude and just plain horrible to deal with. their prices are over what the standard is for the particular bike you are looking for, by at least 1200 dollars. but dont mention this to them as they will tell you «tough the price is the price» they upsell you on stuff you dont need. it was a very bad experience. the bike was not serviced wheni picked it up, all the fluids had to be topped off or changed. i like my bike, nothing to do with them at all as some other poor sap must have traded it in and got bent over the gas tank. over all… its up to you… but good luck…

O wow, where to begin… I guess we could start with Clint M. who put a 1 star rating for this Amazing place. I honestly never write reviews and could count the number of times I have on one hand. I am not sure what Clint went through but I can assure you that the owner Jeff is more then a great business guy and a stand up gentlemen. He is an 20+ year experienced rider and is looking to give you the best experience possible on your bike. He doesn’t just want to sell you a bike, he wants you to be 100% happy with the bike you choose and will quickly let you know his honest opinion. I have purchased 3 bikes from AZ Auto RV and bring everyone I know the place because of the personality and the family feel of being there. I got my first bike (Ducati 848) after running my credit went right to the bank and grabbed my loan. After dumping this bike (long story) I then mentioned to AZ Auto RV that I needed another bike which didn’t take long about a week and a half later they had selected that very bike (Ducati 848) that I asked for and could not be happier. I recently upgraded to a (Ducati 1098) from Jeff and time and time again the shop takes care of any minor issues or service needs of the bike. Mind you when I first bought my first bike I was in between moving and Jeff let me keep it at the shop for a few weeks until I was able to get into my new place. I am writing this review not only because they deserve it but because I also feel very strongly that whatever happened with Clint must have been a misunderstanding. Not only would I recommend AZ AUTO RV, I literally wouldn’t go anywhere else for my comfort and safety. If you are curious and don’t believe me take a look at the endless happy customers that thank them every week for there new bikes. :)

I was intrigued by their low prices, however, as is always the case if the deal looks too good to be true trust your gut and move on.
I put a deposit down on an ’09 ZX6R on Tue ⁹⁄₁₇ and had financing setup by Wed. Only detail left was a test-​ride to seal the deal. I went for the test-​ride only to come back and have the owner, Jeff, waiting there with the salesman to tell me that the bike had already sold on eBay for about $ 1k more than what I was going to pay (the advertised price of $ 5888). After telling Jeff that I had a deposit and this should be MY bike he gave me an attitude and stated «I can’t pull the eBay ad because I take my 100% feedback on eBay very seriously, but I can give you a deal on any other bike.»
In addition, he gave me an attitude and stated «we don’t usually sell to the public and mainly deal with dealerships.»
If this is the case and you’re going to treat customers as such why bother even selling retail?
Even better was when I did some homework the following day. After an extensive search on eBay including a call to their customer service, I confirmed by the VIN that the ZX6 I was supposed to buy was NEVER listed on eBay.
Fast forward to today, I did a quick search to see that this same 2009 ZX6R is now listed on CycleTrader at $ 6988($ 1100 more than what it was listed for just 2 weeks ago), so not only did the bike not sell on eBay, it didn’t sell PERIOD.
To sum things up, Jeff not only lost a customer, he also proved that he cannot be trusted and hopefully others find this review helpful so they don’t fall for any traps or tricks he might try to pull.
