Atlas Automotive

First time buyer. After going to several auto dealerships in Scottsdale and practically making this whole experience a nightmare, I ended up going to Atlas (gf found online). Trust me, this was a polar opposite experience and unlike nothing I have heard of. This place deserves the highest rating. I had spent multiple hours at a time at other dealers looking at cars I didn’t even like, and having the most annoying sales people. Within 30 minutes I knew I had to buy my first car at Atlas, and to make it even better, they had the perfect car for me. The whole process went extremely smooth from there. To make it even BETTER, I got a call the next day saying my interest rate was approved at almost half of what they originally told me it was going to be. I found the perfect car for the perfect price. David and Alan were so helpful that trading in my old car was not bittersweet in the least. They gave me so much information and helped me out with unecessary things when they were not obligated to do so.
I recomment this place 100%.

These guys are scam artist at best. I bought a car from them and took it back 3 times in first week of own n it and it had shot breaks and they made me pay to fix it after I just dropped a heavy down payment to them. The owner is a cocky prick piece of shit that does not care bout anyone but him self and his money. Then to top it off one month later the whole car electric system went on the car and again bring it in and will fix it. Do you see a pattern there I do? Don’t buy shit from these people there scam artist and do not check there cars I found razor blades all over in truck, hood and inside car but they claim they checked it. So fuck them and heed the warning.

Just bought a new car! Everyone was really helpful. They helped me find a car in my budget and work out a payment plan. Best car buying experience I’ve had.

Solid used car lot.
I just purchased an 08 Mini S from Alen. Was real fast and my credit wasn’t to hot and everything went smooth. But after just 4 days the cars check engine light came on. I returned to the dealership and they found that it was miss firing and knew they wouldn’t be able to fix it. They suggested it go to the Mini dealer. $ 1250.00 later my Mini is at top performance. A side note to consumers. When it says use premium gas, use premium gas.

My wife and I have purchased two vehicles from Atlas thus far. Both on 2013. The finance applications were fast and easy, the staff there are NOT your typical, pushy salesmen and the selection is vast. Our experiences with Atlas have been great! With one of the vehicles we purchased, a week after purchasing, the engine light came on. Being under warranty, I took it into Atlas. It tuned out that it was a catalytic converter issue, which wasn’t even covered under the warranty. Atlas took care of it anyhow. It was not a cheap fix, but without any hesitation, they asked us to bring the car down and the replaced not only the catalytic converters, but dang near the entire exhaust! I will be returning to buy another truck soon.

I am a student and a first time car buyer. Atlas had options for me with or without a cosigner that no one elae was able to.offer. I was able to find an awesome car and I had such a wonderful experience with Chris and Alan. I would recommend Atlas Automotive to anyone who is looking for an awesome car and great people to help them find it!

The guys over at Atlas Automotive are great. Unlike most car dealerships, these guys are very nice and low pressure. They have a huge inventory to choose from, and if they dont have what you are looking for, they will find it for you. If you want a good used vehicle go see the guys over at Atlas Automotive.

I have never been a huge fan of car dealerships until I used Atlas Automotive. I have 100% trust in their suggestions and the salesmen really go the extra mile to ensure that every customers needs are exceeded! I refer all my friends and family to Atlas Automotive!

I have been to 2 car dealerships in my life — yup just 2. Really the only thing i knew about them was that car salesmen have negative connotation about them — and really never understood it as i had never seen it.
Well — the visit BEFORE before i came to Atlas. It provided some fun context for that — it was just what the stereotype of car salesmen were — and not going to lie — i kind of enjoyed being in it because it was so surreal. I mean — the idealistic talk, the lets get some numbers at the desk for you, the wait here and i will get with my manager to see if i can do this deal for you, the nice little pressure, oh this isn’t going to be here tomorrow — not at this price, the wait — let me get my manager and see if i can get even a better deal for you, and the last ditch and my favorite — really mark — what do i need to get you into this car today. Oh — i really enjoyed it — i know actually understood things is a new way. Now of course — i didn’t actually enjoy the other place, it was just fun for me. What i should have told them was, this car is expensive and you are creepy, and i know you are going to call me too many times but please don’t. (which they did)
So right after that i went to this Atlas Automotive. I took my little brother with me and distinctly remember telling him, now i have looked everywhere, like everywhere and this car that we are going to see — it is too cheep — may be a pricing mistake because we didn’t even find a private seller within a grand of it — so if it is real — we are driving home in it.
We get there — on the lot for a second — meet a rep — and we found the car on the lot. There is some nice small talk. He shrugs and says, you want to drive it? Let me get the keys. We drive it around the block, it goes well, i know i am going to buy it, but don’t want to loose any leverage if he ends up being like the guy before. We finish and says — king of like shrugging — so tell me about it.
Now what actually sold me on this place was this — we were also looking at another brand of car and i asked his opinion of it — and he gave it to me — honestly — even though the other car was a couple of grand more. He told me what was good, what was bad, what to watch out for in both cars. The whole time with a fun little shrug as if to say — eh — no problem if you buy it or not — i am here to help either way.
So the whole thing was surprisingly unstereo-​typeish — i signed some papers and in 30 minutes i had a car.
So to sum up:
1 — the sales rep that i dealt with was just there to help either way
2 — the car was cheap (saw it advertised on auto-​trader)
3 — and the whole transaction was easier than i thought
