This company was fantastic. From booking to delivery to pick up, everything went smoothly. They were on time and explained how to use everything we rented (bounce house and popcorn maker, plus tables and chairs which didn’t need explaining). I will be using them again.

Very happy with this company, I called to order the Wrecking Ball but it was unavailable for our party date, the lady I spoke to recommended their brand new mechanical bull — we decided to go with it, I was a bit unsure, but could not have been more pleased! Email communication was great, I spoke to the lady several times on the phone and she was very professional and knowledgeable.
The equipment looked brand new, the operator Tim was very professional, was really great with the kids and encouraged us to have contest, getting everyone more into it. The Bull was a hit for kids ages 3 to 10 and for all the adults at the party too. Also got the snowcone machine, which was awesome for the kids, the machine itself was the real thing and could not have been happier with the quality of the machine and the ice it ground up. Good for kids snowcones and for adult beverages as well.
They showed early, set everything up on time, prices were very reasonable for what we got, would definitely reserve items with this company again! Highly recommend.

I witnessed this company /​Owners treat parents horrible at the Trunk R treat in Queen creek. they were using profanity .I would never recommend them. The owners were even really mean and inappropriate.

I called and scheduled my daughter’s party with their bouncy/​slide, tables, chairs, and games.
On the day before the party my HOA decided to lie and say that they didn’t receive the insurance certificate from Arizona Inflatables. When I called and left a message as well as an email about this issue, (on Valentine’s day after 8 pm). They called me right away to resolve the issues.
That alone really impressed me that they would go out of their way to make things right and help resolve the issue.
The day of the party, they arrived on time, got everything set up, and came back in time to take things down and to take it away.
The bouncy was in excellent condition and the portable generator lasted through the party without a hitch.
Only thing that bothered me was that couple of the chairs were a bit dirty but that could easily be missed since they are folded and stacked.

WOW, so happy with this company. They made my daughter’s party a smashing success. Excellent prices for what you get; we rented 2 tables, 12 chairs, a bounce house, snow cone machine, and splatter painter for the whole afternoon for just $ 200. I was very happy with the service from the office folks who first answered the phone when I called to the drivers who set up/​tore down the whole enchilada.
It rained the day of our event and the staff went out of their way to email 2 reminders about the weather policy and check in with me 2 times by phone to stay in touch regarding our plans in light of the weather. I am so thrilled I found this company and will definitely be using them again for our next event.
Very quick responses throughout the whole rental process, patiently answering my questions and adjusting my order. Highly highly recommend.

PERFECT!!! We rented the ‘LIL SURF’ water slide for my sons 6^th birthday party yesterday. The delivery guy was right on time to set up. From the phone call to reserve it (her name was Amy), to the set up and take down everything was 5 stars!!! We will be definitely renting from this company again. Better prices then other rentals I called.
Very trustworthy and Amy was so nice on the phone! Thank you! The kids had a blast and Lil Surf was perfect (and brand new)!
