Technician was on time and the service was completed quickly. No hassle, they dealt with the insurance company and came to my house in less than 24 hours. I recommend Anytime Autoglass everytime.

This Company is awesome! I was driving behind a landscaper truck and got pebbled with rocks, I was going out of town the next day on a long road trip and needed my windshield replaced like asap. This company went out of there way to make sure they got someone out to me super quick (he came to my house) and the guy who did my windshield was so quick and efficient he even taught me the process (because I was curious and asked a 100 questions haha) I highly suggest using this company they were very personal and professional and accommodated to my needs without hesitation.

I had to have my windshield replaced due to the heavy pitting. The service advisor worked with my insurance company to get the replacement approved and we were able to schedule the install the next day. Once it was installed and we drove away, we realized that the rear view mirror jiggled while we were driving. We went back the next day to report the problem and they said they would send the technician to our house the next morning. The technician glued it up in an effort to fix it, but realized the problem might be with the bracket that came preinstalled on the windshield itself. He asked that we give the glue a day or so to set before they would put in another windshield. The repair had worked, so we didn’t call them back. After a few days, the technician called to check how the repair had worked, and we said fine, no problem. Then later that day a girl from the office called and said she had a note that we might need another windshield, and asked if she needed to arrange that.
We were pleasantly surprised to have such good, responsive customer service, and would recommend this company. To top everything off, they waived out $ 50 deductible, and it cost us absolutely nothing! (If it makes a difference, we arranged this service through the Super Star Car Wash on Dysart in Goodyear.)

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat. I am shocked to see that this business received an ETHICS award. Do they give ethics awards for damaging vehicles, lying, and harassing your customers on the phone? Please read my review below and stay away from this company.
I would like to warn any customer thinking about using Anytime Auto Glass to please consider your valuable time, energy, and state of mind before opening up a conversation with this company. On April 16, 2016, I filed an auto glass claim with a representative from Anytime Auto Glass at the Superstar Car Wash in Peoria, AZ. On Wednesday, April 20, 2016, Anytime Auto Glass came to my home to replace a winshield, which unfortunately resulted in damage to my vehicle. When the glass was set into my car, it cracked (or so I was told). The tech told my spouse that the glass would need to set for 4 days to minimize the risk of getting glue onto the inside of the vehicle. I was naturally upset that the glass broke, so I called the location to find a resolution. I spoke with Pat Boris, who advertised himself on the phone as being the boss that nobody sits above. He could tell I was upset and also explained the situation with the glue. He was very kind (initially, this quickly faded) and seemed knowledgable when explaining the importance of allowing the glue to adhere to the vehicle. This was the same explanation that the technician gave me when I talked to him about the situation as well, so I naturally believed him. I explained that the crack is large and poses a safety hazard when driving the vehicle with my young children, and we would need to find an alternate solution to my vehicle needs until the glass could be fixed. Originally, Pat Boris suggested putting me into a rental until Monday, which sounded just fine. A few minutes later, Pat called back and demanded to change out the windshield that day. He said that he agrees it is risky, but he is confident his tech can do it without causing damage. «Is it the safest option? No. Can we do it, though? Yes» were his exact words. I should not be bullied or harassed into agreeing to allow this company to run a risk on my vehicle. Why would I trust a company who already caused damage? I declined his offer, and asked for it to be handled in the original way he suggested. Pat’s tone immediately changed into a hostile and threatening tone. He began insulting my intellectual ability to understand the repair needed for my own vehicle. He tried to dig for personal information by asking what I do for a living and then becoming aggressive when I would not answer his off-​base questions. He then threatened to call my auto insurance company and report fraud due to me refusing to allow them to touch my vehicle on the same day, which was completely false. I simply wanted to glue to adhere for the proper number of days and did not feel comfortable running the risk of the inside of my vehicle being ruined. This was not a solution I came up with on my own, I was informed of this method from multiple people who work for anytime auto glass. I immediately called Geico to report the auto shop. Geico was very understanding and advised me that he is not a preferred shop and is under investigation for fraud. RED FLAG. Geico then contacted Pat Borris on the phone to inform him that his business would not be getting reimbursed for the broken glass that they damaged and I would be given a rental car until my vehicle could be fixed properly. Mr. Boris then began falsely accusing me of fraud, stating I did not need a rental because I could very well have my car fixed that day. He already informed that that I should not have it done, and later admitted to it being risky, but I was the one committing fraud?
On April 26^th, Safelite auto came to replace the windshield that Anytime Auto had previously failed to install. Upon pealing back the molding on the top of my car, the technician discovered that this molding was glued on, and all of the clips that were attached to the frame of my window were also broken and reglued onto the frame. This was the exact location that the crack stemmed from. Anytime Auto also installed the glass in the wrong area, which I was told was one of the reasons for the crack and for the broken clips. To cover it all up, the technician chose to glue bits and pieces back together. Fortunately, Satellite wrote up a very detailed report and took numerous pictures that I am more than willing to share with the business when I contact them and request my insurance be reimbursed for their damages. No person should be treated this way by a man who thinks he is in power. The verbal abuse and harassment experienced that day still sits in my head and upsets me. I have never been so insulted or bullied to do something damaging to my own personal property. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Over the past 2.5 years I have done business with Anytime Auto Glass in Mesa. Each time I had glass coverage but this last time my insurance company did not cover it. I was having to pay out of pocket. So many times a business will not take your situation into consideration regardless how many times you have used them. Not the case with Anytime Auto Glass. I would like to take this time to thank each and every employee for your professionalism and kindness. And as usual your work was GREAT!

Never received the promised rebate for all the trouble. It’s been a month. After all the other scheduling drama and window placement error, now the nonexistent rebate, I’m going back to one star. Hubby needs his window replaced, but we certainly won’t be using Anytime Auto Glass.
Final update, I swear! This company has me flip flopping faster than a fish out of water. At about 7:15pm, my doorbell rang and a man was standing there holding out an envelope. Turns out he is the owner of Anytime Auto Glass and came by to personally hand me the $ 50 rebate and a note with an apology from the finance department. Very nice! I’m afraid that with all of the crossed wires, missed connections, and delays, I still will not be using them in the future, but I do appreciate the personal effort to make it right. Thank you.

After finding out that there was a mess left in my car. I was contacted by them and they offered excellent service and sincerely apologized for leaving a mess. We will definitely use again!

My experience with Anytime Auto Glass ran as smoothly as could be. They were prompt in getting my windshield replaced, and did a great job.

Had to have the windshield replaced twice in one week. They were professional and did good work. Danette was efficient and very helpful.
The technician Adrian was prompt, courteous, and very thorough.

Anytime Auto Glass not only replaced my windshield they repaired a huge mess left behind from the last auto glass shop that replaced my windshield but they went way above and beyond to fix all of past issues created by the other companies.
BTW. Anytime is a preferred vendor for American Family Insurance. A huge plus as I won’t let anyone ever work on my vehicles without being a preferred vendor for warranty purposes. That was a great start. Then Anytime Reps showed up on the day of the job and quickly noticed that the side moldings were broken, the clips on the hood piece that helps hold the bottom mounding in place, my mirror clips were broken and my compass clips were broken as well. They immediately said wait, let’s call American family and see what we can do to fix everything that was broken prior. All of this was done without any money out of pocket from me. After calling to get part costs and coordinate with American family We made another appt. for the following week so they could get everything squared away. I can’t say enough how incredibly helpful they were. I finally feel that My windshield is secure and safe and the parts are fixed that needed replacing and/​or repair. Thanks so much to the installers and company for a job very well done. Only Anytime Auto Glads will have my families business from this point forward.

harassing auto glass sales calls don’t give them your number ever

I’m so glad I ignored the bad reviews, anytime auroras was so pleasant to work with I called them because of a promotional of 50 $ our four Harkins tickets with a windshield replacement. They were not only very kind and pleasant on the phone but they came out the next morning to my home. It didn’t cost me anything out of pocket die to insurance coverage and they gave me a 50 $ rebate. Tyson came to replace my windshield he was on and out in 20 minutes and was so nice and professional. Highly recommend.

I had a chip repaired by these guys and it ended up spreading two days later, which I discovered over the weekend. (I kinda put a bad review on here, because of it). I’m changing that review now because these guys were extremely concerned about that review and did everything in their power to fix it.
I get that things happen and chips spread sometimes. To have them concerned about customer service is a HUGE plus as far as I’m concerned. It makes up for any disappointment I might have had about a chip spreading. I wish more businesses understood the value of customer service.
The new windshield looks great. I’m no expert about glass. What I do know is that it is clear and appears that they did a good job installing it.

Anytime Auto Glass has been terrific! Anthony Heckens has been thoroughly professional and has made it so easy to get our windshields replaced with a minimum of effort. He has called the insurance company while I was on the line and took care of everything. Three windshields so far and I am recommending Anthony and Anytime Auto Glass to anyone I know.

I’ve had my windshields replaced on all my vehicles and tint install and tint was seamless.

Pretty straight forward transaction. Made contact with sales manager Vinny to replace my windshield. He contacted the insurance company took care of the paper work. There was a challenge with them getting the windshield tinted took a couple days more then expected and had to reschedule twice but someone always called to let me know what was up. The finished product looks great happy with the windshield replacement.
Really surprise to see all the negative comments but my transaction with them was seamless and they were always friendly and professional. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to a friend.

This place absolutely sucks. Forgot my apt 3 times and then couldn’t even install windshield correctly.

Just used Anytime Auto Glass again. I have had my windshield replaced 3 times with them and ever time the work has been great. I always speak to Lenny and his customer service is great and he will walk through the whole process. I will always use Anytime Auto Glass because they use factory glass and not after market crap

My representative at the auto glass center, Dovid, was super helpful. We spent less than ten minutes talking on the phone and it was hassle free with my insurance company. He was able to accommodate my busy schedule and send his glass installer out to my vehicle when it was convenient to me. Dovid said that the installer would come by anytime between 12 and 3 and the guy came out at 12:00 on the dot. Kudos to the whole team on a job well done! I’m looking forward to seeing my movie!
