Been there 3 times this week and last time! No one smiles when you check out!
Just would be nice ti check out and get a smile, cashiers seem miserable! I an done with Albersons!

I used their bakery for my sons birthday. My experience was awesome. When I called the order in the gal was very helpful. My son likes iron man so she went over my options. I decided I wanted the photo cake, she wasn’t sure if they had it for iron man but she was bound and determined to get me what I wanted and she found it for me. I wish I would have gotten her name. I picked up the cake today and it was perfect, I didn’t have to wait long, they opened the box for me to check it out and it looked beautiful. Everyone at the party loved it. Said it was the best birthday cake they have ever had. We went with the white cake and strawberry filling. So moist so good! Will definitely be coming back for all our birthday cakes! Thanks Albertsons!

The service at this location is excellent! We live really close, and the staff always greets us with a smile. My only complaint is the prices. I can save so much more money by shopping at Winco or Walmart. However, the convenience of the location, and the quick service keep me coming back every now and then.

Keep in mind this is an Albertsons, I enjoy writing reviews for chain stores as most people on Unilocal will just automatically give a low rating. If this hadn’t received a 1 star, my review would be 3+ stars because the store is clean, accessible and the cashiers are pleasant. When going to a grocery store, I rate it based on cleanliness, variety, price, and cashiers. All were above average and better than some of the surrounding stores I’ve been to.

if i could give it a zero star i would! The cashiers here are absolutely extremely rude!!! had checked out with a cashier and asked if they could have a shift runner exchange an item (i have a very back knee and was lucky could even stand to walk around let alone run back to switch an item real quick) and the cashier actually SIGHED at me and said no! the store manager was no help either about this (i believe the guys name was eric) needless to say i left without any groceries and went to a different chain for my groceries as i was furious at this establishment!

Asked the butcher for the meat on sale in the ad, got home and looked at the resistor and it was much more than the ad price. Took the receipt in, but they wouldn’t do anything. The butcher did us something not in the ad, but similar. Leaving disappointed in Albertsons customer service. Now I have to drive home again to get the meat and return it. So annoyed.

Even though this store is convenient, it’s not a very clean store. With that being said, there is so much competition within a 1 mile radius that I usually prefer to go somewhere else. Today I came here to get some toiletries.
Prices are ok, nothing to write home about. They don’t double coupons all the time, you have to watch for that.
Produce is not the freshest in my opinion.
