I just had the worst experience hands down with this company. Fist off never seen anyone approach taking off a sink facet with a saw and scratch out black sink up. Left a total mess and refused to clean it up stated «I’m not a janitor ». Called his office they hung up on me. I would never want this company doing work in my home. There whole company is rude and not sure how they are in business ! All I expect is for you to clean the mess up you made. And they did not even attempt to and now one in the company cares.

Very happy with my service. Late night breakdown of my A/​c unit on a 104 degree day on a Friday. They were really busy but brought someone out of the office just to help us out. The project turned out to be real involved and they could have said we’d have to wait but they went the extra mile to make sure we were back up and running with cool air by the afternoon. Would call them again for any of my service needs…

The previous owners of my home used this company for AC work and I decided to go with them for an AC tune up. I’m happy I did.
Great, honest service! Good price as well. The technician was here on time and did a thorough review of my very old AC system (which is still chugging along) and condenser. He was honest about the little maintenance things I needed to do and did a fantastic job. He was professional and did not try to sell me anything. I will be scheduling another appointment for the inexpensive maintenance items he suggested!

We have been clients of Air Factor (now Air & Water Factor) for several years. They have done all of our A/​C and heating maintenance and we haven’t had any problems with any of their work or their technicians. They all know what their products can do and will advise as needed. In April 2014, we bought a brand new A/​C unit and Tim was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the benefits of each system in terms we could understand and we never felt like we were getting a «sales pitch». Our tech, Chris, has also been very helpful and friendly. He’s been on time and thorough.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Air and Water Factor. We had a problem with our AC unit on a late Friday afternoon, after talking to them they had a technician at our house within an hour! Justin was very knowledgable and explained not only what was the problem and how he would fix it, but also how to prevent it from happening again. It is rare to find a reliable and honest AC/​plumbing company.

I met with several ac companies to provide quotes for our new ac system. Tim Friederich from Air & Water Factor did the best job evaluating our hot spots and finding simple and inexpensive solutions to balance our house.
There prices were very reasonable compared to the others. He offered options and explained them in simple terms that we could understand so we were comfortable choosing the system that fit our needs the best.
The new system is very quiet and uses far less electricity than the old one. We also have been able to stay comfortable at a higher thermostat setting because the house temperatures are balanced.
Air and Water Factor did a fantastic job on the installation as well. The left the work area clean and we are extremely happy with everything.
I recommend them highly.

I have used Air Factor for over five years for all my heating and ac needs. I have found them to be quick, reliable and available when needed. The technicians have been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in taking care of all my needs. Last year, I had my entire unit replaced. They were very thoroughly in conducting a very detailed inspection of my attic, roof and ducts. The other companies that provide estimates did not take the same time.

Several years ago, after getting bids from several others, we chose Air Factor to replace our heat pump system with a more efficient Trane. We have never regretted it. The installation was done efficiently and as planned, no surprises. Their people have always been capable, professional but congenial, and reliable, and we’ve had them service our unit regularly ever since.
