Just wanted to update that Leah followed up with me, and was very compassionate and helpful. My stolen items were not completely reimbursed, however she was able to get me partial payment via free rent. She also spoke to the owner and was able to get much needed surveillance cameras installed. I feel like she did everything in HER power to make the situation right.
