A & E Auto Glass

A & E auto glass replaced my windshield the next day after the damage happened. They walked me through the entire process, the next day I got a chip in my new windshield and they fixed the chip for free! I recommend this company to all my friends and family!

I searched many glass companies for a specific window. All other companies had an terribly high price, that I just could not afford. I felt at some point my glass wouldn’t never be fixed. Then a friend referred me to A&E and they were accommodating to the price I was looking for. Therefore I give this the highest star rating possible. Not only did they have a nice price for the glass, they were very welcoming and I felt right at home. Thank you guys for the excellent customer service.

I will agree with bruce! My experience was really good with these guys even when I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews. I high recommend the service manager Dominique! She took took great care of me and knew exactly what she was doing. I got a new windshield which was diamond fusion treated, free tint strip and $ 50. I definitely have no complaints and this all happened within 48 hours. Thanks Dominique!

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Absolutely no customer service. Before even scheduling an appointment, I checked with three different employees that they only use OEM windshields. I was assured that they only use OEM glass. The windshield was replaced but installed about an inch off center. They could not fix the windshield until a couple days later when the sealant was completely dry. Debbie «scheduled» me two different times without putting it in their scheduling system so two days were wasted on her account. A fourth time the installer showed up without the windshield being tinted so I sent him away until they showed up with the right product. The fifth time, the installer showed up with the wrong tint on the windshield. I told the installer that I no longer had time to waste on the matter and told him to put the windshield in. The windshield clearly is crap quality because my Heads Up Display is distorted on the left hand side.
I spoke to Ricky who assured me he would talk to the owner of the company Aaron or Eric and refund my money that I paid for the windshield to be tinted because they dropped the ball more than a few times. I called Ricky 3 – 4 different times to ensure my check would be sent out and here we are 3 – 4 months later I have no refund. This is such a terrible company to work with I would rather just forget about the money so I do not have to deal with them any longer. I would recommend anyone to deal with a well known company like Safelite instead of this shit hole of a company A&E Autoglass.

I recently had scratches on my driver’s side and passenger side, side windows. Both the glass and the tint were badly scratched. I had A & E do the repairs and also take care of the insurance including have the new glass tinted. All done well, tint looks great too. Lifetime guarentee so can’t go wrong. Once they were on the job they were fast and courteous.
The only negative was getting a firm date from the installers.
I plan on recommending them to others.

Can’t say what glass company those others reviewed because my experience with A&E was top flight all the way! First, my windshield costs over $ 1,100; next, my insurance company had never heard of A&E; and lastly, on Friday the replacement unit experienced a malfunction!
It all began 2 weeks ago when Eric the owner was training a new installer in my neighborhood and noticed that I needed new glass. We had a polite conversation and I asked him to leave his card. Last Wednesday I phoned my insurance agent and she put in the claim Thursday morning no problem. Thursday afternoon they asked me who I would like to use and I remembered Eric and they contacted A&E. Friday afternoon their installer was here putting in a new windshield … then disaster, the rear-​view mounting unit on the new glass broke! I phoned A&E’s office and Debbie the office manager assured me that a new windshield would be installed and the car ready to go by 9am Monday morning. They were in and out by 8:50am Monday in time for us to leave for an important meeting in Phoenix!
This is a 1^st class operation and I would recommend them to anyone in need of this service. As I said, our car windshield is a specialty unit and they had it on time and the replacement installed before the time I needed it. Excellent employees who take pride in their work.
