Kinley is a General Contractor and Developer specializing in Commercial, Industrial, Educational and Residential construction/​development. Kinley’s construction projects include new construction, remodels and renovations for Schools, Churches, Office Buildings, Restaurants and custom homes throughout the state of Florida.

Luke C.

Manager

Luke Crisafulli has worked at Kinley for 12 years. He began as a project estimator in the Texas office of a Kinley affiliate. He was quickly promoted to assistant project manager at the young age of 20 and spent a year for Kinley onsite at a large locomotive repair facility project located in Los Angeles, California. Luke wears many «hats» in the company but generally focuses on managing the administrative part of the company. Luke holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. While managing large construction projects, he has obtained his OSHA 30 Certification and a Florida State Certified General Contractor license. Luke stays involved with projects from the design and estimating process to the completion of the project. He works with clients and subcontractors to ensure that every project runs efficiently, is on or ahead of schedule and is profitable.
