Executive Parking Port Canaveral

I just called to ask about rates and was informed by the person at the number that I called (the one listed on Unilocal site) that the number is now a private cell phone and that the company is out of business. This is being posted as a service to other Unilocal members

We arrived at 12 noon and did not make it out until 1:20 pm. This is a small operation with the staff doubling as check in, Parker’s, and bus driver’s. when we checked in they billed us for 8 days even though we were on a 7 day cruise and returning at an earlier time the following Sunday. After checking in they finally parked my car on a hill. The placed was mobbed with people waiting for the one Van to return from driving people to the ship. This resulted in a half hour each round trip and we waited a good :45 minutes. I think the staff tried hard, but the service was not up to my standards. I can’t wait to see how the return will go!

Price is about the same as the other lots. This is a storage yard that is being used as a parking lot also. Shuttle to the ship was fine. Called for pickup after the cruise at 7:24 AM and had to leave a message. Called again at 7:25 AM and talked to an employee. Called several times when pickup was delayed and seven of us were left waiting in high winds and cold temperatures. Shuttle arrived at 8:00 AM. The lot is seven minutes from the Carnival pickup area. I timed it. I cruise often and this is the worst parking experience I have had. I am cruising again next month and I won’t be using Executive.

Price was… OK. service. not too good… We just went to bahamas from 13 – 18 October 2012… when we got to the parking we had to wait about 45 minutes for the bus to come and get us to take us back to the terminal. Only one bus available that day. they told us that on our way back to call them before clearing customs so we didn’t had to wait. We called around 9:00 am. we waited for the bus until 10:15… and almost didn’t got in the bus because so many people waiting. Other companies that was probably 1.00 more we saw their waiting time was not more than 10 – 15 minutes. Actually the employee from the other company was walking around checking on their customers to verify nobody was waiting. I actually got a business card from the other company because i will use them next time… Executive Parking is NOT within 5 minutes from the terminal as they say… it takes at least 10−15… however, that wont be a problem if they had more buses available and were better organized. cmon. if you know the cruise is coming back on specific date and time… just have your buses there waiting for the customers and dont have customers calling you to let you know they arrive… I had to call 4 times before a bus showed up… also. having specific drop off/​pick up designated area will help. dont just stop in area C and then later stop in area A … i am sorry but i am wont use them again… i will go with Cruise Parking next time…

The staff is very friendly and the parking lot is safe and secured with a gate but the service was very slow. Actually, I am writing this since I have so much free time waiting to be picked up. Here is the bus now– we have waited 40 minutes and now are waiting on more customers to board. Another company has loaded 5 or so buses while we have been waiting (park n cruise). I will say their line is a lot longer though. They have 50 people waiting to load versus our 6.
We arrived to the lot, about 90 minutes before we had to be checked into our cruise. We parked the car ourself, no valet, which wasnt a huge deal to us. We were not at the cruise terminal until at least 30 minutes later. I chose this service over the competition because one review stated that they made it to the terminal within 10 minutes of parking. That is just not the case. Again, the staff is great but not very quick. Luckily we had nowhere major to go which is why I gave them 3 stars. If I needed to be somewhere it definitely would have been less.

There were so many customer that we had to wait an hour for the shuttle while our friends were already on board. If you are willing to wait to save money, the delay may be worth it to you. However, the staff were very nice and apologetic about the wait and offered us a place to sit indoors and complimentary bottled water while we waited. When we boarded, they instructed the shuttle driver to take us to our ship first since we had waited longer than the other passengers on our shuttle. When we returned, we got a ride from our friends to their facility. But, they were expecting us to call for the shuttle upon returning and when we didn’t, they called looking for us. I appreciate their follow up. The courtesy the staff displayed while we were waiting to board for embarkation and the effort to locate us for the shuttle upon disembarkation are the reasons they earned 4 stars.

Great price, great service! Lost my camera (turned out to be left on the shuttle) and these guys found it, took it to FedEx and shipped it to me in 3 days! Where do you get that kind of service? The answer is right here! I’d give you 10 stars if I could. Thanks for all that you do! Highly recommended for both price and service!!!
