Lightec, Inc. is a comprehensive Energy Services company, providing whole building retrofit services to the large and small commercial/​industrial customer, including state and local government, manufacturing, schools and other businesses.

We are New Hampshire’s largest provider of precision engineered lighting solutions. Since our inception in 1990, we have evolved into a regional company providing energy efficient, cost effective energy solutions for a diverse range of customers throughout New England.

We provide a total solution from design to waste disposal for energy efficient systems that reduce your operating and maintenance costs. Our primary focus is reducing utility costs through a whole building approach to assessing, designing and installing energy efficient solutions for your buildings. We do this through innovative engineering and state-​of-​the-​art technology.

We design and install energy management systems, as well as recommend and perform upgrades to the building shell and HVAC systems. We also work closely with the utility companies to secure any incentives that are available through their Large and Small Commercial and Industrial rebate incentive programs.

Since our inception in 1990, we have evolved into a regional company providing energy efficient, cost effective energy solutions for a diverse range of customers throughout New England.

Company president Ms. Hoye has 20 years’ experience in the energy-​efficiency industry, specifically focused on energy-​efficient lighting for commercial and residential applications. She began her career at LighTec and was trained under James Grady, founder. In 2001 she joined ICF International and worked in support of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s, Energy Star Residential Light Fixture program. In addition, she worked in support of various regional efficiency programs including the North East Energy Efficiency Partnership. In 2013 Ms. Hoye became LighTec Inc.‘s President and co-​owner.
