History

Established in 2003.

Michael Lunn founded Re/​Max Commercial Property Solutions in January 2003. Our market area is quite diverse. In the northern part of the county we have Lake Michigan, the Port of Indiana, the Gary Airport, Casinos and the steel mills. With this property mix we have brownfield issues, enterprise zones and all the opportunity and challenges of creating adaptive reuse of these historic urban areas. In the South County, we have expanding residential growth as farmland is being converted to single family homes ands Northwest Indiana becomes an extension of Chicagoland. With the rooftops, come every retail franchise know. Managing growth and urban sprawl as we build more schools is the main challenge here. Thus our brokerage activities require us to reflect our market. We are often called upon to provide that local experience to a site selection assignment. We pride ourselves on being aware of those local paths of progress issues and for finding those below the radar properties.
