Our Yoga classes are led by fully certified Yoga instructors who have successfully completed the required 200 hour program… they are the best of the best! Come and see why so many come to the studio and never want to leave. However, once they do leave, they go home in a relaxed and peaceful state of mind.
Our Zumba Classes have that real «Latin Flavor»! All our instructors bring their own «Sabor Latino» which you may not find at other fitness locations. Come and see for yourself what Zumba is really all about.
This is the place to be… besides Zumba and Yoga, we offer Drums Alive, Kickboxing, Core/Abs workout, Piloxing, Meditation Seminars, Healing services and we are working on adding more classes/services depending on the interest of our clients!
We also offer Events such as Zumba Kids, Jr. (zumba for kids 4 – 6 yrs) Birthday parties, Girl/Boy Scout Zumba Events, Bachelorette Parties, Birthdays, Pool/BBQ Gatherings (we come to you), Mom/Daughter Classes. Call us for more info.

Established in 2000.
Lilly Leon owns and operates OM Shanti Yoga, Inc., d/b/a LA MYSTIKA in Merrick, NY. She has been teaching Reiki, Spiritual Empowerment and Health & Wellness workshops for over 18 years.
In 2000 she earned her certification in Yoga Therapy and has been teaching group and individual classes. Her focus is on the yoga philosophy and uses these teachings to guide her students to raise their level of physical, emotional and spiritual growth. Lilly is an advanced yoga teacher who specializes in educating and supporting post traumatic stress survivors and their families. She is described by her students as genuine, real, gifted, intuitive, calming and compassionate.
Students who have studied with Lilly have learned the value of living and appreciating the present. In addition, they have been awakened to the incredible life experience of finding peace and serenity within themselves and learning to trust the universe.
Lilly is extremely committed to working closely with her students.
