Goshinkan Dojo is a personal safety school. We specialize in self defense classes for men and women, but we truly specialize in confidence building classes for children. We offer the first class for FREE, and there are never any contracts. Rates are based on the number of classes per month, that a student attends. Please call us for more information.

Established in 1984.

We were located in Bellmore for 23 years, and have been in Merrick since 2005.

Jeff L.

Business Owner

Sensei Jeff has began hi training in Ju-​Jitsu in 1976, and has continued his training throughout the years. He currently is an 8^th Degree Black Belt, promoted to that rank by the International Federation of Ju-​Jitsuans. He has taught people from all walks of life, and truly enjoys helping students to achieve their goals. His compassion for children is one of the many attributes that attract students to his dojo.
