Mr. Mercado was born and raised in New York, and comes from a family of small business owners. He has seen first hand what it takes, and knows how much small businesses mean to the local community and their families.

Before beginning his own business, Mr. Mercado worked successfully in the financial industry for over a decade, and as a civil servant, furthered affordable housing in the County of Nassau.

His broad background in banking & real estate, public advocacy, and an enduring passion to make a difference for the people of this community are all the reasons he is totally energized to make your insurance experience second to none.
