Message from Customer:
I’m not sure if you are real person or not because I have never spoken to my
AGENT. He is never available. The State Farm commercials should say call your local secretaries and their first and only response will always be, «You don’t have a claim.»
My claim was opened on June 13, 2012 and closed on June 18, 2012 and all without
a call from my AGENT or a visit from an adjuster. I believe I have sixty days
to submit supporting documents for my claim.
I expect very little from my agent and that is just what I got VERY LITTLE.
