Dryer Vent Wizard was founded in 2004 in response to homeowners having safety and efficiency issues with their dryer vent systems that required an «urgent response.» These issues were a result of dryer vent lint accumulation, blockages, disrepair, or improper venting configurations. Dryer Vent Wizard has since expanded into a successful franchise that specializes in dryer fire prevention and energy savings through vent cleaning, inspection, repair, replacement, alterations, and maintenance for single and multi-family residential and commercial entities. Mike A.
Business Owner
Mike joined the military in 1983, spending most of the following 7 years in Heidelberg Germany. While serving, he took advantage of their college program, earning his Bachelor of Science degree through the University of Maryland.
After college, and his return to the U.S., Mike worked for a moving company in California, advancing to a senior management position before opening his own moving and delivery business.
In 2005 Mike and his wife moved to the great outdoors of Idaho, and, by 2006, Mike had opened his Dryer Vent Wizard franchise, providing dryer vent services to Boise and the surrounding community.
Currently a member of the National Association of Residential Property Management and the Boise Builders Group, Mike also donates to the Children’s Burn Foundation and supports other Dryer Vent Wizard sponsored fundraising.
