They were very helpful and friendly. Was in and out in no time and walked out with everything I had gone in with answered and taken care of :)

I have been into this store several times and each time it has been a successful quest for service. One thing I noticed that is they are not overwhelmed with customers, but seem to be adequately staffed and know what they are doing.
This last time, I went in since I had exhausted all possibilities for canceling a cell phone number. How hard can that be you say? Well, when it was one of the original iPad cellular numbers issued 2 days after the release of first generation iPads (circa 2010) and the ATT National Help Center could not even find it, it was hard. The National Call Center said go to an ATT Store and have them help you. With a deep sigh, I said Thank You and off I went.
Paul the Store Manager was able to call the right numbers, get the right person and I had the number canceled in less than 15 minutes. Even got an email confirmation as I left the store. Now after 2 – 3 days chasing leads on the National Call Center, it was done.
I would recommend using this store if you want to get a new iPhone, transfer an old account to your new phone (if you don’t quite know what to do), or solve other problems with your ATT account.
The are right next to Blue Sky Bagels and Krispy Kreme donuts, so if all the techie stuff gets to you, go for a carb uplift at either place.
