They were awesome! Hot water heater blew on a Tuesday Morning and was fixed that afternoon. Not only was he quick but very honest. We (wife and I) live in a condo. Told us that the HWH was to big and we could get away with a smaller one, saving us about $ 500. Called us later on that night to make sure everything was in working order.
I never hope for plumbing emergencies but should one occur, I would definitely call them!
Only downside is I think it’s a one man show so if they are busy they may not be able to get to you.
