History

Established in 2005.

ProServ Software was a spin-​off of Impact Information Services in 2005. We branched out to provide other services that were not covered by Impact Information Systems. Providing support to smaller businesses and end users made this new company excel past our expectations and eventually managed to provide all the services necessary to become self sufficient. Over the course of the last 10 years we have matured into what we are today, providing services with integrity.

Business Owner

Todd worked in the Machine Tool trade for the first part of his career when a lightning storm crippled the CAD system that held the next job. With the tool trade being rather competitive and money on the tight side, he set out to rebuild this system on his own. After 3 failed attempts with the power supply and a few circuit resets, the system was up and running and everyone that was looking on asked him to build them a computer. From there he stepped into the world of IT and never looked back.

Todd now holds several IT certificates, many accomplishments, 3 published applications and the same passion for IT as he had in the beginning makes it impossible to fail.
