I would love to own a DD this is the only place that can screw up 70% of the time and still have a line out the door. The owners must sit and laugh at us, how we continually get poor service and keep going back. I think it’s time for a mass boycott until management steps up. What’s up with putting your hands over the mouth piece of the cup.

This dunkin donuts has a tendency to hire some of the worst employees of all time.
That being said. The food and all that jazz is the same quality wise. The presentation looks like the doodoo of a small dawg.
WARNING if you need to be anywhere within the hour do not go here. The lines may look short but you can wait up to 25 minutes for a cup of coffee.
Again… its a dunkin donuts (go though the drive-​thru and they serve you first then bring it inside for the comfy couches in the back)

Let me ask you this employee… how you do mess up a BLACK coffee? When all you have to do is pick up the pot, pour it in the cup, and ring up the customer. What does the milk or sugar do that forces themselves upon you, to add itself to the coffee? I’m confused. And apparently so are you D & D.
