I had someone from Allstate come out to my house to asses a large refinishing job on 01÷27÷16. I was surprised to not get a quote on the spot and he told me that he would email it to me in one day. It is now 02/02/2016 and I still haven’t received a quote. I called yesterday, left a voicemail and never got a response. I called today and got someone on the phone and they said I would be called back today; I got no such call. I am no longer interested in a quote from this company. I am so angry that I wasted an over an hour of my time on this.

I called Allstate Flooring based on their great reviews on home advisor. Marcello came out to the house and was very personable offering suggestions for refinishing the floors and gave a great price. We were very impressed with him. His crew came out were very courteous and did a wonderful job. We are very happy with the results.

This company called right away, were very courteous and seemed very knowledgeable about their profession.
I had a few concerns about the end result of my floors and they came back and addressed those concerns with an extra coat of sealer which really brought them to life. Overall I’m happy with this company, there were small issues here and there like getting stain on white trim but for the amount of work put in I’ll do the touch ups happily.
Update: just noticed large scratches where the furniture was moved upstairs… I am hoping they will fix it, but so far haven’t heard from them. Hopefully there will be a repair and I can end on a more positive note.
Update 2: they did fix the scratches… I’m much happier.
