Quite frustrated that I went to redeem my $ 250 gift card and called one day and they were open, then went in the next day and they were closed and looked like they left in a hurry practically overnight. They should refund gift certificates or should not have sold any to begin with if they were not doing well enough to stay in business.

Disappointed that it closed down. My $ 150 gift certificate I got for my birthday is a loss. Does anyone know who was the owner. My husband would like a refund!

this is a long overdue hair review on the Pedi bar. The first session I came in, I showed my hair stylist Becca a photo of an ash brown ombré I wanted. I know that everyone has different hair and I didnt expect it to turn out exactly like the picture, but I at least wanted to tone my hair to an ash color. (I specified that request several times during the hair session.) Instead my hair turned out nearly orange and warmer than I previously had it. I paid around $ 70 when I left, but got called back for a misunderstanding and they charged me over $ 110 not including tip. I told them I’d be happy to pay for the difference if my next session is free so that I could have my hair fixed. I never wanted or expected my hair to turn out the way it did. Becca is a sweet girl and it makes me sad that I have to write this but she left me confused throughout the process of her dying my hair. I wasn’t shown any hair samples or anything. The second session left my hair lighter, but still brassy orange and my ends were nearly fried. I left upset and never came back for another session.

This comment is for waxing service: I’ve had some terrible waxing experiences, but none this big. I got lip and eye brow. She totally messed up my eyebrows. She made too big of a gap down the middle and now my right eye brow looks shorter then the other one. I was her last client so no wonder she did a terrible job, she was in a hurry to get off, cause she left right after me. Sloppy job. The Asian women do a better job on eyebrows than this girl did. Terrible. N I will definitely not be coming here again. Who knows what they’ll do to my hair if I let em touch that.

The lady took an hour and ½ to get what looks like cellulite on my nails. Come on $ 35 plus a tip for a poor job. Will be taking my business somewhere else.
Just an update: I was contacted by one of the owners to make things right. To me they handled it like a business that cares. Unfortunately I still believe it should have never come to this and Merceds a small town walking back into this place would be uncomfortable. So I moved the star from 1 to 2 for their efforts to take care of the situation.

I have come here a few times already. Everyone is friendly. Nice environment and clean.

As awkward as a Brazilian can be Robyn did everything she could to make me feel comfortable. She is very professional and knows a lot about skin care. She has a lot of great tips and products she can recommend for your specific skin needs. I’ve already recommended her to my friends that are curious about getting a Brazilian or bikini wax.

Robbyn has been waxing me for almost a year now. What I like most is how careful she is when waxing my eyebrows. I don’t feel any pain at all, unlike other places where I’ve even been burned due to the wax being too hot. She’s also waxed my legs and armpits. I appreciate how she goes beyond simply waxing me, but is also very friendly and offers skin care tips that actually work, as the area under my arms is sensitive.

The place only looks very nice and beautiful. My wife had her nails styled for more than eight years. She tried this place for the first time. They did her nails and the material looked so cheap to her. After a week, some of her nails broke and she had to go there and they charged her for a complete service to fill her nails. After almost three weeks, she cleared off the color on the nails. She saw some black dots under some of her nails. Therefore, she went to another beauty salon to take off the acrylic on the nails. Then she saw infections under her nails. Then she had to go to the closest urgent care which was patients first medical center. The physician said bad materials and contaminated tools results in such infections. She prescribed some antibiotics and absent salt. She went back to the salon to inform them about the case. In a very rude way they sent her away. The manager said, it was her fault. She has to go there every 2 weeks. Otherwise, it might happen and she is responsible for it. They suggested, she uses her antibiotics now, and returns after it gets healed, and they fill her nails again !!! They even did not pay her back for that visit. I do not recommend this salon to the people that care about their health. It just looks fancy, and nothing more.

i love coming to pedi bar. Liza does a wonderful job on my toes always. Can’t beat it when you can have a mimosa and get your nails done :)

I am a fan because the salon is nice and clean!
I only went to go get my eyebrows threaded and had gotten many compliments on them so I definitely will be going back!
Farrah is the woman who threads my eyebrows and she is so incredibly sweet and friendly. I enjoy her service and personality. She threaded my eyebrows and went back with a pair of tweezers to ensure there were no stray hairs left!
I definitely recommend this place to you if you’re looking for a one stop beauty shop!
