Took our car in for window motor repair. Only took them half day. Cost very reasonable. They even washed the car. Friendly service.

I took my late model SUV in for some minor dents and dings, and while I was not concerned that the damage could be repaired, I was worried about matching the paint. I picked my repaired vehicle up from Rich’s Auto Body in Merced and couldn’t be happier. The car looks like new. From the beginning, scheduling repairs with the professional front office team, to the knowledgeable estimator all the way through to seeing the completed work of their talented body and paint team, my experience was a very positive one. I drove my car into a sidewalk. It was a devastating accident. My car rides low so the front was destroyed. The front bumper fell off, my radiator fluid busted open, my tires were cut and scraped, rims damaged, and the car had to be towed. A part of me died when my baby took a hit.
I’m from Los Angeles so I was extremely hesitant taking my beautiful Scion-​FRS 2013 to a body shop in Merced, a rural town with not much around. Didn’t think they had the expertise to do the job properly. Asked the local people here and they all unanimously recommended to bring my car here.
Happy to say, I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the results. I just received my car yesterday and it looks brand-​spanking new! Couldn’t even tell if my car got into an accident. I literally felt like one of those customers on TV show called «pimp my ride». I felt my car just got pimped out!
Although still premature, I haven’t had any issues yet with the car. You are given an 1 year warranty on the repair. The exterior looks amazing.
The only con about this place is it took forever to get my car fix and the price is on the higher end. My car took 2.5 weeks to finish. But I rather have them take their time fixing my car than to rush it.

Took my truck in for over 11,000 dollars worth of work. They kept my truck a little bit longer than agreed upon but they did an outstanding job. They took excellent care of me and really made it a very pleasant overall experience. Larry and Joe were terrific! Their quality of work is outstanding.

They do amazing work! My husband and I have taken two vehicles to them both with pretty extensive damage. They were amazing and restored both vehicles back to amazingness! The first was a 1994 Chevy Silverado that had speciality rims on it and one rim was bent. Well, you can’t find those rims anymore so they had the rim that was bent sent out to be refurbished. When we got the truck back not only was the truck beautiful but the rim was perfect, not even being able to tell where it had been bent at. The second car a 2011 Ford Fusion had some front end damage. It came back today looking better than ever. We always choose Rich’s because even though sometimes you might find a better deal, a better deal is no match for the quality work they do and they guarantee the work.
