Started out as a small pilates studio on the corner of 18th and Canal and has grown to be the golden standard for personal training in Merced.

Tyler has been involved in personal training for over 5 years and continues to seek new innovative ways of helping people reach they’re goals. He is currently NASM certified with a Bachelors in Kinesiology from CSU Stanislaus. Has worked with all types of ability levels ranging from Post-​rehab to collegiate athletes.

Pilates Plus s a great place to get into shape and stay in shape. I started almost two years ago, lost 12 pounds and gained some lean muscle, even at my advanced age of 70! I definitely recommend the personalized training. I have belonged to gyms for many years and I am getting the most results here.

I take my fitness very seriously and am in the gym for an hour and a half on a daily basis. I recently hit a wall and felt as though my workouts have become routine with little amounts of muscle fatigue and confusion. I recently decided to give personal training a shot with Tyler Button and the man knows what he is talking about. The common knowledge behind the human body is a joke and you shouldn’t be afraid to talk to someone who has more knowledge than you! I get a crazy workout for a great price with awesome people who genuinely care about physical fitness in society. GIVE IT A TRY! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!
