They advertise same day dry cleaning but won’t do it. Don’t waste your time coming here.

I have been using this location exclusively for the past 3 years. I have always been greeted in a friendly manner. My clothing has always been taken care of according to services requested and completed in a timely manner. Additionally, when I get the items home, I always re-​inspect them for cleanliness, quality of pressing, etc. as I am a very particular regarding such and I have always been extremely satisfied. I love using this business for my dry cleaning needs.

I dropped of my 3 shirts and 1 paint and I told young lady at the store that I only was iron no washing and no starch when you iron. So she told me that’s fine we can do it. During the whole process while she looking me up or finding me I her computer, I told her at least 3 times that I want all this clothes only iron and she wrote down a note on receipts. I asked the payment and she said it will be $ 9.95 which I will pay upon a pick up. Next day when I get their price went up on me to $ 19.00 so I showed told her that yesterday when I dropped it off your price was $ 9.95 for this. Her reply back was my manager said even if it’s only iron it will be same price as washing and pressing. what a b***s***. She decide to give me $ 5 off eventhough receipt that I was given upon drop off had $ 9.95, receipt on iron clothes had $ 13.95 and receipt that she printed had $ 19.00 minus $ 5. But overall I left the store paying $ 15.35 for $ 9.95 which I was told upon drop off. I know it doesn’t make sense but she told me to cover her mistake that since its your first time you get $ 5 off. FYI I been there before few times. I will be more than happy to post all my receipts on this if they require from me. If you or your manager really wanted to raise price on me, you should have called me since you had my number in system because it was printed on my receipts. But do not go there or don’t use them if you are going their in future. By the way, the sign in store says it’s right, it’s on time or it’s free. But what about robbing customer like that… think about it and get back to me if you have better answer. Also I have all the receipts so let me know if you want to see it. I don’t need to support your business. Thank You !

My husband has been using your service for at least seven years now. Friendly service and generally good cleaning and pressing. Most of the time order is ready when you said it would be. Thanks!

I have had only one negative experience with this location over the past 3 or 4 years, and that was when they accidentally switched one of our shirts with someone else’s. It took a couple of weeks, but we got our shirt back. Denise is always super nice and friendly. Audrey is just a little bit odd — it’s not rudeness, to me she was just a little standoffish until she got to know me. Is that the best way to approach customer service? Probably not, but I have never seen her or Denise be rude to anyone, so I am very surprised to see extremely low ratings on here. They messed up one out of probably a hundred orders we’ve taken in, so I don’t think that’s too much to get upset about.

Don’t bother with this location. On three separate occasions, I was met with the same bitter rudeness for merely entering the store. Go to the location on G and Bear Creek instead. They appreciate my business.

Never going here again! I was greeted by aubry, who had an attitude from the second I stepped through the door. I’d understand if you were busy and there were a lot of people she was trying to checkout, but I was the only one in there! I was soo tempted to just take my clothes and say no thank you and walk out. But I thought lets wait and see how the service is when I pick up. When I went to pick up, Denise, the manager was there. I thought this would be a perfect opportunity to express my concerns to her, about the service. As she was checking me out I tried to tell her of my dissatisfation with aubry’s customer service. Denise didn’t make eye contact with me, wasnt really listening, and was too busy checking me out and getting payment. Again, no other customers were there, so not sure why there was a sense of hurry. All in all, I felt like I was treated very poorly, and that my concerns weren’t even heard. To top it all off, my bill was more than I’ve ever paid for that amount of dry cleaning.
