Me Time Massage and Spa

My partner and I went in. We both got a massage and she also received a facial. Both of our massages were awesome. Lucy did a fantastic job. Her daughter did the facial. My partner said she did a wonderful job. It included a face, arm, hand, and foot massage. We don’t do this sort of thing often, but we hope to visit this place again in the future!

Lucy is fabulous, very professional and understanding as well.
I have Cerebral Palsy and suffer chronic foot and leg pain because of it, having a massage from her buys me a couple of days pain free!
She is personable, professional and knows her craft very well.
My husband and I make an outing of my appts, I go in for my massage and then we go to lunch next door at a fabulous café.
Her shop is lovely as well, though I do agree that perhaps the building owners maybe shouldn’t call it a «Mall», but Lucy? Lucy is fabulous. Go, you won’t regret it

I’ve been to Me Time Massage many times and i must say Lucy is very professional and her massages are amazing! Due to a herniated disc in my back i always have chronic back pain. Lucy relieves the pain from my back with her massages and has even put me to sleep various times. On my first visit she gave me a questionnaire and gave me tips and advice on what i can do to help my pain. She is very dedicated to her profession and even though her services are incomparable she often goes to classes to expand her business and ensure she is offering the best service she possibly can. Other places offer you a massage which relaxes you but does not relieve pain if you need it, on the other hand Lucy knows what muscles to target which makes her stand out from the competition. Her prices are very reasonable and flexible when you need an appointment.

2 people who missed their scheduled times have flamed Lucy. Neither even got services there! Doesn’t seem fair to this business owner who has worked so hard to continue to improve her technique. I’ve had many massages from Lucy that were wonderful. Don’t get discouraged Lucy, you’re really the best!

Im not judging this place on the performance of their work but on their customer service Lucy was rude. I asked if it was ok to move my time she said she had another app which I understood completely, I then asked if she had another time slot for me she said no then rudely asked if i was comin in or not. I wanted to go but after that I decided to try elsewhere.

I went for the first time the day before valentines day. I had an amazing time. Although Lucy is the main massager i had her new partner Marilyn Readdy massage me that day. I had the best massage ever. Perfect strenght of work not too harsh nor too soft. This place is well worth the money. You will not be disappointed.

Lucy is great she is amazing at what she does. I will definitely be back! Her customer service is excellent ! She made me feel comfortable and helped me relax.

Love, love… the experience with Lucy, she makes you feel so comfortable and relax. I have pain in my lower back & sciatic nerve and she did amazing, I feel a lil better then before… trust me it’s not a pain you wanna have. I definitely recommend her and I’m doing constant appointments with her… because I finally found someone that could help me and with fair prices.

I have to say Hands down Lucy is the Best! Its been three days since my massage and I still fill like new! I had an amazing experience at Me Time Massage, and definitely recommend to all.

It took awhile to find a great massage therapist in Merced, but I finally found her! Lucy at Me Time Massage is the best. She’s really professional and makes great recommendations.
The location is convenient and I’m usually able to get an appointment for the same week I call. Her rates are also really reasonable. If you’re looking for the best massage therapist in town, you have to go to Me Time Massage.

Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
I am new to Merced and decided to do a Google search for a massage therapist in Merced. I chose «Me Time» based on the two reviews here on Unilocal and made an appointment on Saturday for a one hour massage at 5:30 pm on Wednesday., i.e., today. Lucy was the person I spoke with (I think she is the owner and the only employee but not sure). She said that the number I had called was her cell and to please text or call her if I needed to cancel or was running late, etc.
At 4:27 pm (yes, I am looking at the time stamps on my cell as I am writing this!) I got a text from her asking me to confirm that I was still going. I texted back right away saying that I had been looking forward to the appointment all day. As I was driving towards the appointment I got stuck behind a minor temporary road closure (construction-​related inside the campus where I work) and decided to text her letting her know that I may be 5 to 10 minutes late.
I got there exactly at 5:40pm and started to look around the plaza for the SPA. I walked up and down and could not find it so I picked up my cell to call her and saw that she had sent a text at 5:41pm: «ok, I’m going to leave in a few minutes». I called her right away and no one picked up, so I left her a voicemail (thjis was at 5:43pm) saying that I was there but could not find her shop. Finally I see a door literally in a corner with the sign «Mall Entrance». Ha! There is a Mall?! I thought that the plaza was just a few small shops… that’s what it looks like from every other angle! Anyway, went in and, voilà, there was the Me Time Spa… closed. With the lights off and no one inside. (For the record, she never told me when I made the appointment or when she sent a «confirmation text» that her shop was located inside the mall. She did not even give me the address for that matter, which I found a bit odd given that I told her that I would be a new client.)
In short, I find it unprofessional, to say the least, for her to have sent me that text and have closed down shop when I had confirmed just one hour earlier that I was going, and had given her a 30 minute heads up that I may be up to 10 minutes late.
Needless to say that I will not be going there or recommending her to anyone… I like my masseuse/​masseur to have a positive vibe and that is definitely not what I got from her during this interaction.

Me time is a beautiful little spa. I work just a few doors down from Me Time and send clients there all time. Because I know they will receive a great massage from Lucy in a beautiful relaxing and professional environment.

I love get my Massage from here great prices. Can’t wait to come back.
