Brian, the owner and operator, is amazing. He was recommended to me by my boyfriend, we were both UC students and on a limited budget. Brian/Horta’s offers amazing service for a great price. He is very honest and cares about helping you out. I highly recommend him to everyone because nothing like a great mechanic that does not overcharge and is honest!
