I rented from Flanagan from 09 — 15 I moved into a dump of a house, painted over roach poop, chunks of laminate missing, bathroom floor rot, no fridge or curtains, the place was a dump when I moved in, I was going threw chemo at the time so I did not have to meany choices at the time. When we moved it was cleaner compared to the state when we first moved in and yet they take every cent and try to sick me with a bill with laughable fraudulent claims. I contact them on day 21 because I didn’t want to have to take them to court because he was a nice guy despite, taking my fridge, my security deposit, fixing the bathroom before we moved. So scummy Don’t rent with these clowns they are comparable to Shewy reality the worst slum lord in merced county.

Everything about the sale of my home with this agency was disappointing. The agent’s associates who did cleaning and painting were extremely over priced! I felt pressured into selling to an investor so Flanagan would then get to manage the home as a rental. Every communication I received from the agent was poorly composed. She threw around the name of God while conducting unprofessional business practices. Avoid these «Land Sharks»!

If you want to sell (or rent) your house, you should stay clear of Flanagan realty!
We had our house listed with them for a year, and it was a comedy of errors from the beginning.
They had no marketing plan & our 6-​year old son could have taken better photos than the ones they took. I even heard from an agent who said «I had a potential buyer for your house, but Flanagan Realty never returned my call.»
Flanagan did bring us one buyer who didn’t have any money (she was supposedly going to be receiving a big workers comp payment) — we ended up in escrow with her for ~8 months, and the Flanagans wanted us to let her move into the house before she bought it. We did end up letting this potential buyer move into another rental property we own. The Flanagans managed the rental, but never ran a credit report of got her SS#. Subsequently, this buyer stopped paying rent — How is that for unprofessional?

By the way, I later listed my house with another agent in town, and our house sold in two days to an all-​cash buyer. Better late than never!
