great customer service.
has items i need, either for my rc car or for my ho trains. prices for me were about the same maybe a little more than amazon but i would rather pay to a little mom and pop store than a big corporate store.
thxs for being so close, i dont want to spend hours driving and the gas to modesto or fresno to get a 5 $ part…

Messy shop but always nice to have parts in stock. Owner is very polite just needs to clean up a bit. Overall I’ve been shopping there 20+ years.

D is for Dishonest. Items are not actually ordered when the customer has been told (over 6 times) they have been ordered. Once a week I called to confirm when the order will be arriving and I received the same answer (it should be here in 1 or 2 weeks) after 6 – 8 weeks of this I am no longer doing business here. They don’t stock common hobby items and what they do carry is of very poor quality. Online is a much better place to buy products as it will be much cheaper (even with shipping included) and you will get higher quality products than from this poorly ran brick and mortar store. I will drive an hour to Modesto hobby rather than 10 minutes to go here.
