Courtyard Marriott Bistro

Friendly staff but food was totally overcooked. I paid $ 19 for breakfast including a $ 2 tip after I was told that they would deliver to my room down the hall. After 15 minutes when the food never arrived I went back to get it. They were apologetic. I ordered eggs over medium and they were cooked hard, potatoes were tough and dry, turkey sausage was super dry cold and inedible. Toast was OK but cold. I would not eat here again, super expensive for close to inedible food

Okay so I came here for a quick bfast before work. I ordered the bfast sandwich w bacon and I added tomatoes. It was good until I had to pull out of my mouth a long black hair-​and I have blonde hair so this one wasn’t mine. Yuckkk! I was suddenly full. I didn’t say anything to the wait staff…
The menu doesn’t state that the bread is a croissant or that it comes w a side of fruit. They should change this so people know. It also doesn’t state the prices which I don’t like. Minus the hair the food was good. And the food came out quickly!
They serve Starbucks so I got a white mocha. Everything together was $ 13 something but I’m not sure what costed what since the receipt I was given only had the final total, no breakdowns…

Food is overpriced. Turkey Reuben on Rye is actually a turkey and cheese sandwich. Someone needs to teach them how to make a Reuben. The service is awful. First at breakfast then at dinner was trying to give my food to other people. Asked for another beer and was completely forgotten. If your staying at the Marriott just go find somewhere else to eat!

Totally lame. Sat at the bar for 10 minutes while they helped everyone else but me. It became apparent (though they didn’t bother to tell me) that you needed to order at the register that was literally 2 feet from where I was sitting. I finally asked the girl if I had to order at the register and she said yes, indicating I basically had to stand, order, and sit back down. Meanwhile the other person behind the bar served the other two people sitting at the bar without making them go to the register. She said she would come to me but clearly this was after the line died down and as people kept getting into the line, I finally left. Unserved.

I would agree with the other5 star review. Great duo, and fast friendly service. Not to mention if staying at the Courtyard nice to see the menu switch up several times a year.
