Got a room for under 75.00 bucks. These rooms are very small. this property is vintage 1930’s motor court. Rooms have been completely renovated nice modern appointments. Flat screen tv, dishnet work. Rooms wifi ed however slow. Beds were firm and comfortable. No desk area. Room had fridge and microwave. Pass on the free breakfast. Not worth the effort to walk to the office. just coffee, packaged sweet rolls. they dowl out to you. Cups for coffee, no lids however. Bathtub with shower. I’d suggest they put in non slip strip in the tub. Front desk help nothing spectacular. This is a Indian owned and operated property. So keep that in mind.

I was thoroughly impressed. Recently renovated. The restroom has updated décor and well sized. Clean rooms come with a microwave, larger refrigerator, wooden shutters, laminate floors, and a large flatscreen television with some semi-​premium satellite channels. Rooms are a bit small but very clean (keep in mind this place is not a luxurious hotel). I’ve not had a problem upon my several visits. Only tip I can offer is stay toward the back rooms, the traffic noise from the street and/​or freeway doesn’t seem to reach back there. I would recommend this place hands down. Great price and quality.

An overnight stop on my way to Yosemite. This is a great «motel» that simply does not fit the stereotype of a roadside motel. Modern, clean room with lots of upgrades. It looks like it should cost 3x the price. The staff is friendly and eager to help.
I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m around. Wish I could give it more stars.

Hubbs and I needed a safe, clean and affordable place to stay overnight while visiting family. Staff was very welcoming upon our 11PM check-​in. Do not let the dated front office fool you! The rooms are newly remodeled with wood/​laminate flooring, wood shutters and tile in the bathroom. Our small room was very clean and the bed, a pillow top mattress, was very comfortable. The bathroom sink is located outside of the bathroom in a nook and the bathroom itself was very clean! However, the bath towels were on the thin side and a tad small.
The included breakfast (served from 6AM — 9AM) had very little to choose from, but I suppose that is to be expected for the price paid. There was cereal, danishes, donuts, etc. Do note, this location is next to the highway. The noise was not an issue for me, but it might be for light sleepers.

Very clean room. Small but nice. Wood/​laminate floors, wood shutters, newer tile. No nasty carpet/​drapes. We were a little scared after checking in. The front office is super rundown but the room was great. I would definitely stay here again. (if I’m ever in Merced)

We were around the area mountains and arrived to Merced around 8 pm.
Looked for a place to sleep that won’t hurt our budget too much. Got to this place, near the highway so it fit us great, not expensive and the rooms are beautiful and clean.
Also, the woman in the front desk was very nice.
