Here it was December and the coldest it’s been in years. My heater goes out. I contacted Steve Winn of Ace Airconditioning, he was at my house within an hour, found the problem. The part was not in stock locally. He ordered the part. The part was delivered and installed. Steve was helpful and is now my recommendation for anyone having Heater/​Airconditioning problems.

Our heater was not working. I emailed Ace Air at 8am and a tech was able to come out same day. Was friendly and helpful only reason for 4 stars is price. Tech was there for 45 minutes replaced an ignitor switch (which online at most is $ 50 part) total bill $ 275. Way too high! I don’t think I would use again just because of pricing. All other aspects very good customer service in the office and out in the field.

The owner is a great and professional guy. When I first purchased my house I had them come out and give my unit a tuneup. They were prompt and I haven’t had a single problem with it since then. As a woman, I know I can rely and trust in them to take care of my heater and a/​c needs. I would recommend ace air to anyone.
