Not only do we provide excellent customer service, but we also provide the necessary tools to help your small business thrive. We offer in-​store and online printing, notary, document finishing, mailbox services, packing and shipping, all tailored to fit your small business. Once we get to know you and your needs, we can create custom solutions designed specifically for your business.

We also offer wide-​format printing for your poster, banners and other large printing projects.

Additionally, The UPS Store is positioned to service your air and motor freight needs regardless of the size and/​or shape of your items (e.g., heavy equipment, cars, and grand pianos). We can also provide faxing and office and mailing supplies.

History

Established in 1980.

The Mail Boxes Etc. concept was introduced in 1980 as a convenient alternative to the post office. Throughout its evolution, it has continued to define and lead the business services category it created. In 2001, UPS® acquired Mail Boxes Etc., Inc.® In 2003, the two companies introduced The UPS Store® brand. On April 7, 2003, approximately 3,000 Mail Boxes Etc. locations in the United States (at the time, nearly 90% of the domestic U.S. network) re-​branded as The UPS Store and began offering lower (around 20% on average) UPS-​direct shipping rates. In 2012, Mail Boxes Etc., Inc. became The UPS Store, Inc.

With more than 4,400 convenient locations, centers remain locally owned and operated. The UPS Store offers a variety of solutions to meet the needs of small businesses — including in-​store and online printing, mailbox and postal services, packing and moving supplies, shipping and freight services.

I was offered the option to buy the store in 82012 and I sale was completed at the end of 122012. I had worked at the store for 3 years when it was offered to me. That being said I have worked in retail/​hospitality my whole life and this was the opportunity my husband was looking for, for me to own. I have great employees, great customers and enjoy I coming into work everyday. Customer service is our game.
