TERRIBLE and UNETHICAL! So I’m the 2^nd person who bought a laser hair removal deal and was duped. Yes, this place is totally unethical. I bought a 6-​session Groupon deal. The 1^st session should have warned me: no current hair growth analysis, no questions of past history. They used the lowest setting (15) and of course it didn’t work. I questioned them about this (I had read their laser machine manual online and knew the lowest settings for my skin type) and was told that they didn’t want to take a chance. Exasperated, I said that, at this rate, I would probably need 12 more sessions. They said yes, that would be accurate. The doc that runs this place is terrible. I got to speak to him the 2^nd time and asked for a refund. He said ‘No’ and stormed out of the room! Who does that?!
Fortunately, Groupon refunded me. I later found a clinic (TLC Laser) that, after examining me, was honest enough to tell me I wouldn’t need more than 5 sessions. That honesty has me going to them at full price.

The technician was nice and their technology is current. The chair in the treatment room looked worn, and they didn’t put one of those paper covers over it like most places do (or like they have in any doctor’s office). My only other complaint is that every time you call, they answer and then immediately ask if you can hold, and then you have to hold for several minutes before speaking to someone, every single time, no exception.

Paige rocks! She really took her time today and gave me A+++service. That being said this was my second visit and really enjoy the services, technologies, and experiences Dr. Knuth has to offer. Will continue to try different services, but due recommend for Botox.

Its ok, nice enough. i have found my preference though.
